A Representative in the Philippines sent a letter to Tedros with similar complaints as others. It is not clear whether he represents himself, his committee or the entire Parliament.

The resolution was filed but not yet adopted. In the Philippines, the resolution needs to pass the 3-reading principle in the House of Representatives, then will be referred to an appropriate committee for consideration and then voted upon in the plenary if calendared for 2nd or 3rd.
