Controversies regarding the legal regime that underpins the WHO's power grab are good. There seem to be many.
They undermine the authority the WHO is trying to usurp. For example, see Article 62 of the 2005 IHR
So, it seems that even if the amendments from May 2022 were approved using a valid procedure (a big if) — the nations still have 6 more months before they come into force! And so nations still can object or issue reservations. See paragraph #4 below.

Furthermore, on Nov 28 a group of MPs gave Tedros 2 days to show the proof that the full World Health Assembly did vote on the 2022 amendments. He failed to provide such proof. Thus, the vote, errr, consent procedure within a subcommittee was probably invalid, and the MPs have so deemed it NULL and VOID.
No government, or office holder of government, can delegate powers that it does not itself possess. The vast majority of the "powers" of the U.S. government are illegitimate and unconstitutional because they violate the Bill of Rights. By far and for far too long, the highest level of corruption resides on Supreme Court benches. There is no way to comport government economic power with individual property rights. If the government has the power to tax (whether directly, through debt issuance that relies on future taxation, or creating a central bank that can create currency by fiat), then there are no property rights. Property rights are not a privilege granted by government; they are the basis for the U.S. Constitution. And the foundation of property rights is the right to one's own life - the most valuable property one has. All medical/health care choices must be at the sole discretion of the individual with all available information. The U.S. government has acquired illegitimate powers through the failure of the Supreme Court to uphold the Bill of Rights, with the most egregious failure being the failure to uphold property rights. Once the government had the legal power to confiscate private wealth, it funded all the bribery and threats necessary to acquire all further powers. Here we are. The Supreme Court could still stop all of this, but they are corrupted with fear (with, possibly, one exception).
There isn't really a legal rationale underpinning the WHO power grab. There's only a "globalist intention to grab as much power and totalitarian control as possible" rationale. And the majority of governments are run by corrupt puppets of those globalists, so most nations will sign off on the WHO pandemic treaty and IHR revisions.
Biden has stated more than once he intends to sign these agreements. Will the Senate do its constitutional duty and reject these agreements as going against US sovereignty? Doubtful, since the Senate is controlled by Democrats who are all in bed with globalists.
