I know we all hoped RFK Jr. would pull the EUA (a national security measure), but it doesn't appear to be in the works. In the end, it may be that our only real hope is that our state attorney generals, or our state legislatures would sue the Federal government to act on the constitution's Article 4 Guarantee Clause, to protect the states from "domestic violence."

Love, love, love the law idea for scientific misconduct...and not limited to medical issues. Plenty of "researchers" publish *stuff* that's not reproducible. Learned this very early on in my grad school experience. The publish-or-perish model needs to go, and ethics needs a comeback! Spouse also learned this very early on in gradschool - found major flaw in an decades-long accepted theory one discipline was based on due to others not questioning something that was hand-waved away mathematically that no one understood and deferred to "authority". Thankfully spouse's advisor - whose own advisor back in the day was the originator of this bypass - thanked my spouse for finally explaining what no one understood at the time but accepted anyway. How many scientists would have been ethical in this situation as this advisor was? Greatful his was or could have easily squashed my spouse from getting his degree. Yes a paper was published and internationally presented. As decades of work of many was based on this bypassed theory, who knows if anyone went back and reviewed the impact, or just continued using the old flawed methodology, keeping calm and carrying on.

You are right among other reasons this needs to be ended, repealed, or somehow made to go away, are the numerous FALSE studies designed to libel cheap effective drugs, like IVM and HCQ. This libel enabled the killing of millions (85%+ of deaths wouldn't have happened).
People were given fatal doses of HCQ deliberately in Brazil to malign one of the safest drugs around with 50 years of experience. Studies were undertaken that gave HCQ after 3 days, when it's ineffective because the virus had amplified sufficiently so that it's was no longer vulnerable to HCQ. Studies were undertaken where zinc wasn't offered (zinc is the"bullet" that is "fired" by HCQ, one is useless without the other. Smart people did evil things to make money and deaths, even millions of deaths, were unimportant to this making of money.
I got the Fauci flu and had it for 10 days could barely breathe, did alt. therapies for a few more weeks but I was still pretty bad, after a month I got some HCQ it said to take two tablets I took one and it almost completely knocked it out but was so strong I felt too dry so I took half a tablet for two more days and that was it, it was done. Then I had to just rest and eat good to get my strength back, had lost about 20% of my body weight.
HCQ has a long half life. It doesn’t disappear from your body in 24 hours. Sounds like you built up quite a bit in your system. Glad it worked so well for you and you got better in good time.

• 1997 added to FDCA, 21 USC 360bbb-3(c)(2)(A), amended in 2004, means that there are no federally-required safety or efficacy standards for EUA products. The only requirement for "efficacy" claims, is that the HHS Secretary make a declaration that a product "may be effective." That declaration is to be "based on the totality of scientific evidence available to the Secretary, including data from adequate and well-controlled clinical trials, if available." But if no such data is available because it's a declared emergency and there's no time, the declaration that it "may be effective" can be made anyway.
• 26 Oct 2001 Patriot Act (Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism, USA PATRIOT). 9/11 was a false flag psy-op designed to create a warrantless global surveillance tyranny with practically unlimited powers. Approved by the Senate 98 to 1. 1
• 21 Dec 2001. 2 weeks later, MEHPA or Model Act (Model State of Emergency Health Powers Act). “MSEHPA is model legislation that would be passed by the states to increase their emergency public health powers. Funded through a grant from the CDC, written by mason Professor Larry Gostin, Co-Director of the Center for Law and the Public's Health at Georgetown and Johns Hopkins Universities. By 2024, 43 States had passed some form of MEHPA legislation.2
▪ Failed to include checks and balances. Granted unchecked extraordinary emergency powers. The Act lets a governor declare a state of emergency unilaterally and without judicial oversight, fails to provide modern due process procedures for quarantine and other emergency powers, it lacks adequate compensation for seizure of assets, and contains no checks on the power to order forced treatment and vaccination.
▪ Overreach, well beyond bioterrorism: overbroad definition of "public health emergency" that sweeps in HIV, AIDS, and other diseases that clearly do not justify quarantine, forced treatment, or any of the other broad emergency powers: the state National Guards could be used to administer vaccines or substances on the general public without their informed consent and legal liabilities for drug companies. • 2013 added to FDCA, 21 USC 360bbb-3a(c), holds that there are no required standards for quality-control in manufacturing; no inspections of manufacturing procedures; no prohibition on wide variability among lots; no prohibition on adulteration; and no required compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices. EUA products, even though unregulated and non-standardized, “shall not be deemed adulterated or misbranded.”
• 2015, 10 USC 2371b, renumbered 10 USC 4022 (Jan. 1, 2021, effective Jan. 1, 2022) authorized DOD to contract with pharmaceutical corporations to conduct ‘prototype’ experiments on the general public, and under such contracts, exempted them from legal obligation to comply with Good Clinical Practices or other FDA regulations.
• 2016 added to FDCA, 21 USC 355g, authorizes use of 'real world evidence’ for FDA regulatory decisions. This means products can legally be manufactured and then mass administered to general public, and safety and efficacy data only collected afterward (privately, not publicly) from health insurance systems, government databases including Medicare, Medicaid, Defense Medical Epidemiology Database, Veterans Health Administration.

RFK Jr. needs to end the current COVID-19 public health emergency declaration. This was extended until Dec 31, 2029 by the outgoing HHS Secretary. Under the Prep Act, declaration of a public health emergency by the HHS Secretary is what provides the drug manufactures and any provider who administers the COVID vaxx (which is considered an emergency countermeasure) with blanket immunity. It is also what allows the government to mandate any countermeasure (medicine, vaxx, poison) that the HHS Secretary thinks would remedy the emergency.
Congress has to repeal the PREP Act.
