Meryl, you crack me up! If this topic wasn't so utterly depressing, I would say reading your live comments was the highlight of my week.
Monto reminds me of the white rabbit from Alice in Wonderland, always obsessing about the clock, "we're running out of time!"
Hold your questions until after public comments, so hopefully you will forget them! We must be quick, we are short on time! We can only take a few questions, and no 2-parters!!! We can't hear you, unmute your mic! No, your other mic, dammit! Gosh darn, we will come back to you.
All his chatter about running out of time seems intentional, like he is just trying to fill the air with mindless filler, to prevent meaningful discussion from taking place.
