I broke the Comirnaty license vs EUA liability story, not Karen Kingston and Stew Peters.
Today I will set the record straight
False claim by Karen Kingston in her Jan 10 substack:
The FDA-approved Pfizer’s mRNA vaccines on August 23, 2021, breaking Pfizer’s emergency use authorization immunity shield. I broke this news with Stew Peters on August 25, 2021, but other experts strongly disagreed and defended Pfizer, specifically Dr. Robert Malone. You can read about Dr. Malone’s coverage of Pfizer’s immunity regardless of FDA-approval and engagement in post-marketing activities here and here.
Actually, I broke the story here here here and here on August 23, 2021, the same day that FDA issued a license for Comirnaty. Malone had sent me the FDA approval letter with the friendly though terse instruction to “nitpick this” so I did. And I tweeted it out like mad, trying to make people aware they were being sold a bill of goods: the vaccine had been approved, yes, but the FDA still was going to offer them the EUA vaccine, not a licensed product after all, so no one could be sued.
Meanwhile, Dr. Malone was getting his own collection of information together to put out, which was this. We were working as fast as we could to tell the American people what was happening. By the next day, August 24, Bobby Kennedy and I had published an explanation for Americans in the Defender, here.
Neither Malone nor I ever “defended Pfizer”—how ridiculous is that? Instead, we provided Kingston and others plenty of ammo, and it is too bad they are trying to take credit for the many articles I wrote that week and the materials Robert Malone compiled to explain all aspects of the FDA-Pfizer scam and the “bait and switch” they had pulled. They should have thanked us for doing the heaevy lifting.
In fact, our Defender article got the most reads of any that had ever been published by the Defender before, briefly taking the system down. In it, we explained clearly, over and over, that a fraud was taking place in which EUA product was being used while people believed they were getting a licensed product. Had it been licensed, they could have sued Pfizer for damages from injuries, but under EUA they could not. However, if (in future) fraud and malfeasance by Pfizer, FDA, CDC and the White House are proved, maybe someday the injured will be able to sue.

So Karen Kingston, if you are the truth defender you say you are, I look forward to receiving your apology.
I trust YOU 1,000%...and I appreciate you 100,000,000%!!!
We also discussed the contracts and the bait and switch use of the EUA jab for the so-called licensed one on my show, Under the Wire, on August 27th - just 4 days later. Just letting you know - you were definitely out there trying to share this information far and wide - even in Australia!
