From what I have heard (I was on active duty in 1990) the indications on anthrax in this article are both probable highly logical. I also know some who were given "inoculations" and have poor health ever since.
My sister's boyfriend died around 40 of Gulf War Syndrome. I learned later it was likely side affects of the Anthrax jabs. Apparently the US soldiers were the only ones who got the Anthrax jabs, and allegedly the soldiers from other nations didn't develop the syndrome.

It depended on the country--many liaison officers embedded with US troops got vaccinated also.
