Why did it take so long to make public the pilot's name? Where are the black box recordings?

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems President Stephanie Hill — a non-pilot — commanded the autonomous Black Hawk helicopter to take off, hover, fly a circuit, and land in Connecticut from a tablet during the AUSA symposium in Washington, DC.
Although safety pilots are in the cockpit, the aircraft flew and navigated itself without pilot input.

I have heard that remote control played a very large part...maybe was responsible for...the tracking of the planes that hit the Twin Towers. Why did Captain Rebecca Lobach have Chief Warrant Officer Andrew Eaves with her as Instructor Pilot? Was she not fully qualified? She logged 450 flight hrs since 2019 - it's what 75hr/annually? In what profession you can maintain your skills working < 2 weeks/year?
How many hours Lobach logged in the Blackhawk in 2024? If Andrew Eaves was signing her off on a new task/procedure, why didn't he take over if she's doing something wrong?
Lobach served as a White House social aide during the Biden administration. Last month, she escorted Ralph Lauren through the White House when he was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom, according to CBS. Sound like a DEI, political appointee to me, not a military pilot.
