More on the Biden vaccine censorship from the new Missouri AG, Andrew Bailey

Revelations about the executive branch's use of social media (and presumably MSM) surrogates to serve as a Ministry of Truth may be the crack we need to finally end the 1984 world we are in

I have been following the censorship story closely, as it gets to the heart of whether we have constitutional government or a lawless bunch govt honchos riding roughshod over the constitution’s First Amendment and us. It also relates to my medical license suspension for ‘misinformation’—who made the call that the truthful statements I made were misinformation? Who pawned off misinformation as a crime and convinced the American people it was, when it isn’t and cannot be. Speech, especially political speech, is protected by my state constitution as well as the First Amendment and a massive amount of case law.

I was just reading a week old article in Epoch Times about how specific posts and tweets were being censored by White House staff (specifically, Rod Flaherty, Director of Digital Strategy at the White House and Clarke Humphrey, who also has a White House email address) directing the social media platforms exactly what to censor.

Below is what I read:

Schmitt on Jan. 5 was sworn in as a U.S. senator and has been replaced in his role as Missouri attorney general by Andrew Bailey.

Bailey took to Twitter on Jan. 7 to say that when he took the oath of office, he swore he would protect the Constitution and explained “why.”

“We now have hard evidence that President Biden’s Administration colluded with social media companies to censor differing viewpoints and silence ‘misinformation’ that was later deemed true,” Bailey wrote in a series of posts.

Bailey shared a screenshot of an email from White House COVID-19 Digital Director Clarke E. Humphrey to an unidentified Twitter employee with the subject line “Flagging Hank Aaron misinfo” and requesting the Twitter staff to “get moving on the process for having it removed ASAP.”

In her request, Humphrey provided a link to a Twitter post by Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a known critic of the Biden administration’s narrative on COVID-19 vaccines.

The offending tweet links to an article on the website of the Children’s Health Defense, an activist group chaired by Kennedy Jr. that left-leaning Wikipedia labels as “one of the main sources of misinformation on vaccines.”

The article, from Jan. 22, 2021, says Aaron died 18 days after receiving a COVID-19 vaccine of an “undisclosed cause” and cites Kennedy Jr. as saying that his “tragic death is part of a wave of suspicious deaths among elderly closely following administration of COVID vaccines.”

About a week later, the Fulton County Medical Examiner released Aaron’s cause of death as “natural causes” and that he didn’t have any COVID-19 symptoms, with his medical history listing prostate issues and hypertension. [I seem to recall that the Medical Examiner admitted later he had not performed an autopsy and did not know the cause of death.—Nass]

Besides requesting action on Kennedy Jr.’s tweet, Humphrey also added a request to “keep an eye out for tweets that fall in this same genre,” per the screenshot shared by Bailey.

Here are the tweet and an email sent less than 8 hrs later to beat down the tweet and others in its ‘genre’:

If you go to Twitter note that a bunch of follow-on tweets are nasty and specifically hurtful against Mr. Kennedy, despite thousands of likes and retweets. This must be one of the “processes” used by the White House and twitter teams to deal with comments to which they objected.

Meanwhile, a hugely important antitrust lawsuit has been filed by members of the “Dirty Dozen” medical misinformation spreaders, including Mr. Kennedy and Childrens Health Defense, against the Trusted News Initiative (TNI), which is an entity formed by major members of the MSM in 2019 to help them produce a single narrative and suppress/censor other opinions. They had a special focus on vaccine disinformation.

TNI members include the BBC, Associated Press, Reuters, Washington Post, Canadian Broadcasting Company, Agence France Presse, Australian Broadcasting Company, European Broadcasting Union (EBU), Facebook, Financial Times, First Draft, Google/YouTube, The Hindu, Microsoft , Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism, Twitter, etc.

These efforts to silence organizations like CHD, RFK, Jr. and the other plaintiffs in this lawsuit had disastrous effects. Suppression of truthful information related to safe and effective treatments, harms and risks of COVID shots and more deceived the public and destroyed their ability for informed consent.
