They look natural to me - if they were "generated" I would expect more large scale regularity in the patterns. These are typical for warm air when moving on top of colder air.
I wouldn't call them "fibratus" because that's more for the feathery/fluffy high clouds, the ones in your pictures are mainly cirrocumulus (high cauliflower clouds).

I remember seeing these formations in the sky as a child, 75 years ago. Whether or not it was geoengineering then I don't know. But it seems perfectly obvious that any unusual and/or extreme weather conditions are now due to somebody evil monkeying around with the weather. Those are natural clouds that I've been above, inside, and below many times during my 3 decades of flying large passenger jets all over the globe. Jet exhaust can turn into clouds also (cirrus homogenitus) that reflect solar energy away from above and trap heat below depending on the time of day. We see suspicious "contrails" in our area however as we are between Toronto and Detroit there are a lot of commercial flights overhead every day so they can't all be "chemtrails".

Mackerel skies. I use to see them a lot on the Florida coast as a child. 60 + years ago.
The checkerboard skies are geoengineering. And who knows your skies could be a combination.
But when we saw a mackerel clouds we knew the ocean would be calm and a good day for the beach.
