FIRST, there is the fact they use the words "integrated" and "unifying," but fail to inform what is being integrated into what, or who is being unified with who.
SECOND, if the authors are as all wise and knowing as they would have all believe, they would have a grasp of language far superior to what they offer in their so called definition. They would not utilize redundancy and superfluous wording to create their vague ("word salad") definition.
And there is the question, why would they use the word "that," usually applied to plural items, in place of "which," applicable to singular items, when speaking of ONE HEALTH?
In the end, we are left to wonder upon what is meant by words like "mobilizing"? We are left wondering how it is one vaguely described entity could be all things at once? That is, how could yet another government agency be qualified to tamper with any and everything, by way of agents acting in its name?
