I came up with that meme after a reader tried to tell me that I was stupid by posting that "Pharmaceuticals are Intrinsically Toxic" on another substack post. I didn't take offence because he doesn't know who I am and he has zero insights into chemical/biochemical engineering processes as his post suggested..
