There is one big aspect that us small folk overlook when we read these things. The people involved in trying to do this…are People! They have massive infighting and jockeying for a piece of this massive pie. We need to learn to exploit it.

Members of the Church of Satan believe that if a person tells the whole world exactly what he or she is going to do and still gets away with it, that person gains great honor. The "openness" which that belief engenders is what James Corbett is documenting in _Planetary Regime_. For us useless eaters, Sun Tzu's famous statement in _The Art of War_ needs to be enhanced just a bit, to read "Know those who have declared you to be the enemy."
