The WHO, and many other monsters, want to erect an "infrastructure of fear" that will be the backbone of everything they do moving forward, because people who are terrified do whatever they are told. Hubris is always a dangerous position to take especially for any leaders or organizations.

A couple of us attended a medical meeting yesterday, organized by a friend of mine who's a practicing infectious disease specialist, which was nothing more than high pressure propaganda emphasizing the notion that vaccines are safe. It was shockingly primitive stuff, repeated repeatedly (!!) without a shred of substantiation, aimed at doctors, not one of which questioned anything about the validity of the claim. Not one.
I spoke with one of them about it afterwards, a lovely person who I know personally, and she was all on board, and adamantly so, with the propaganda. Very sad, but as stated by Jacques Ellul in "Propaganda," "intellectuals" are more sensitive than peasants to propaganda.

The problem with this theory is that deliberate pandemics can hurt or kill the people that are deliberately releasing them. So why would anyone do this? You think people are willing to die themselves just to depopulate the planet and “save” the earth? I don’t. I’ve heard the same theory that COVID was deliberately released in China. Chinese media sure said that at the beginning. They said it was a released as a way to attack them. If so, it did not work as China was quite happy to spread the disease around the world and make the rest of the world also suffer.
If a contagious bio weapon or contagious nasty virus is developed that could be controlled to limit the spread, then the deliberate release might be plausible. But in our modern world with international travel that seems unlikely. If you think this kind of limited release is possible tell us about it.
Yes I understand weapons are being developed along with secret vaccines that would protect friendly populations. But those vaccines would eventually be stolen, bought, or somehow obtained by the unfriendly populations.
