There is a bible scripture that I fully embrace “RESIST the devil, and he will flee”.

Bullies don’t like it when you push - back - HARDER.

Never stop fighting evil.

Fantastic. Another lawsuit by 8000 nurses in NY that suing because of the severe shortages of staff and staffing with unqualified medical people that is causing massive errors and worse. Since medical error was already the third leading cause of death they apparently wanted to make that worse.

Nice, but I feel the defense is 2 years behind the enemy's offense. Every one mandated needs to file suit for damages and go after the hospital administrators too.

Does that judgement clear the way to sue for damage to health?

Maybe nurses and aides around the state of NY will finally get pissed enough to stand up and walk out. It's great that the state supreme court judge found Hochul and the DOH comish to be way beyond their authority in issuing the evil and harmful NYS mandates, but nothing will change until the workers so affected decide they will no longer be bullied.

I was forced to resign, the workers were already mad, needed the job so didn't speak up. I they will now.

They need backpay too!

Yay!!! This may have a domino effect on other states, their courts and legislatures.

I am so happy to hear this! I know several people who have lost their jobs due to the jab mandate. Another friend was in nursing school-her college accepted her religious exemption-but had to quit since she could not get clinical hours at the hospital. This is a wonderful start-I wonder if anything is being done about the SUNY college mandates and the NYC mandates? How can any mandates continue at this point?????? Again, so thankful for this decision!!!!!!

Need the same action in Maine. The entire health system is deplorable. Critical issue with available hospital beds, staffing, and EMS

It is great to have this ruling, however, it came too late. Thousands of healthcare workers were *already* coerced to take the poke to be able to keep their jobs. Also, the enforcers are not going to be personally held liable for their actions so I trust this will happen again - it is just a matter of time.
