I may not be as discreet and wise as you when referring to these power drunk lunatics, but it seems to me that the trials in which they gave toxic levels of hydroxychloriquin to people knowingly, it can only be considered murder. This is not even counting the millions who they kept effective treatment from who died.
I believe one of the ways they were able to cause enough confusion to pull off this genocide, is as you said paraphrased, "people cannot conceive of the government they have believed had their best interests at heart, that they would not lie about such a deadly serious issue.
