There was an earlier panel on regen farming in Oct or Nov in which each panelist was a regen farmer. I attended it and it is probably available as a webinar. It was fabulous!

Why are there no farmers, let alone organic farmers, on the panel? How many of those on the panel know anything about growing food?

Pesticides and herbicides sacrifice America's health, ecosystems and wildlife diversity for Kissinger's grain-weapon, against the farmers and peoples of the world, including the US.

It is complicated, and needs to be completely reworked.

i have completely changed my diet . I cook from scratch , and buy organic . I have lost a lot of weight . It is a lot of work . I have stopped all meds . sleep better , and feel better . I also buy regenerative meat online from a farmer in my state .

It is more work, but we can perhaps reframe it as fun, and enjoy experimenting with new dishes, trying new cooking techniques. For example, baking very firm tofu gives it a meaty texture and it will absorb any sauce you add to it when it has dehydrated in the over
