I hate the CDC site! Based on their definitions, the covalent booster uptake is buried in the first and second booster data. Unless I'm misunderstanding, you would have to know the first/second booster uptake on 9-01 and compare it to current first/second booster uptake. Perhaps CDC meant 48% of 49% of 67% roughly 1/4 of 64% which is approx 16%--which is still impossible - too fast.
