I hope justice prevails and you/your lawyers nail these corrupt and lawless incompetents to the courthouse wall.

Attempting to work out how virtually all medical (and so many school) boards in so any areas and countries could be that thoroughly brainwashed/bought/bullied/blackmailed to cause so much harm boggles the mind...

You go, girl!!! It is time we put the thugs in the corner wearing the dunce cap. And it is time that the State of Maine be held financially liable for what they have done to you. The governor and her sister in a jail cell, along with Fauci, would be sweet, too.

So THEY broke the law. What do they get, a slap on the wrist?

They've done irreparable damage to the public by preventing you from treating those in need. They don't realize who they are meddling with.

Thank you Dr. Nass for having the integrity and tenacity to stand up for your rights and those of others. It is sad that so many practitioners have been captured and bought off by the corporate medical complex. I pray the sharing of your knowledge and understanding may prompt other physicians and practitioners to become more concerned with saving lives than worshipping at the alter of the almighty dollar. https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=1%20Timothy%206%3A10&version=NIV

Most of these crimes could be eliminated simply by requiring trial in the regular criminal court system, by a jury of peers (common citizens) if the defendant so requests, before any license can be revoked or suspended.

The practice of medicine (or any other profession) is not a privilege. It is a right that can be revoked only by due process.

It would be interesting to see the sworn testimony of the board’s staff regarding their reasons for targeting you. Specifically, who instructed them to do this.

Till then, GO GET ‘EM!

This has been a nightmare! I just can’t imagine the audacity or maybe stupidity of those challenging your integrity and competence. It makes no sense in a normal world but in the clown world we are living in most have lost their brain cells.

So sad that you must fight this battle against blinded bureaucrats. Exactly who do they think they are? From all indications you have done nothing wrong and they are simply harassing you because they can. I do hope your lawyers can exact some sort of justice for you. From appearances all should be impeached by the legislature for abject incompetence.

Is a board's decisions seen as a result of actions as an agent of the state? If so, they should be sued for violation of the constitution.

They were unprepared for you. Nano fools.

What schmucks - time for patients to start suing their physicians for malpractice - by telling people to sit home and if you had trouble breathing, go to the hospital constitutes a pretty strong case for that - the best defense is a good offense as the saying goes. We should all start suing these schmucks. See how they like it.

What is unfolding is a great injustice, driven by the world’s abandonment of Judeo-Christian principles. The less that the world depends on God, His Son and The Holy Spirit for its standards, the worse our lives will be. To many, the actions of the board are “the new normal” and will not be stopped for good in the courts who are equally unfettered by a holy standard.

There will be an accounting for those (and as noted in scripture they will be many) who cause disbelief in Him by their actions, don’t let such effect your only view concerning Christianity.

I’m saying all of this because the older I get, the better I “see”.
