Even if they put it back, there’s no procedure to protect against violations of human rights and tyrannical irrational decisions, which could arise from the powers given, mentioned above.
There’s no required transparency (e.g. open data, detailed testing methodology, etc.).
There’s no mechanism of control and correction.
Nations, least States/Provinces, have no power against tyrannical decisions.
