pandelis has answered well. Injections will primarily be neuro-toxic so vit C v. good antioxidant with clean untainted water to flush the system out. Vit D essential for body defense, most people's levels way too low. D deficiency the true pandemic, but this does not make much money for big pharma.

From what i hear curcumin, vitamin d3, quercetin might help as well as other things people say like zinc, vitamine C etc. also, it helps to be as fit as possible. i am trying to lose a few pounds and get into sort of fasting ... but keep postponing it.

Who do we expose the criminals to? The judicial system, from the bottom to the President, are as corrupt as corrupt gets. It's a very commendable and necessary thing that we do to warn the people, but bringing info to the culprits does nothing, not one thing. There seems to be no recourse in this horror chamber with no exits. I have yet to see a single person going postal, taking some of the perps out. Keep the Commandments and try to have faith; "the faith of Jesus." That's the mark to shoot for.
