It would cause grievous harm to Biden's dictatorship.

Cheeps's avatar

Someone’s dictatorship.

Conservatives think I'm a liberal.

Liberals think I'm a conservative.

I think both are socialists because they both believe in socialistic financing of government.

As a libertarian, I think they are both pretty ignorant for having abandoned the political philosophy of the founders, classic liberalism.

Cheeps's avatar

Please expand on that.

I never expressed a lack of understanding. I simply requested you expand on your ideas.

Pardon the presumption.

I wish that you knew enough about mRNA to know that something that has to be stored at cryogenic temperatures to remain stable enough to remain efficacious won't survive very long in the hydrochloric acid in the 2 to 3 pH of the stomach.

And the psychopaths double down on their lies.

I hope it can be easily proven that they knowingly used their censorship campaign to mass murder people, so we can get to work on putting them in front tribunals. Executives for big pharma, banking, BlackRock, State Street and Vanguard, as every player in “journalism” and science (maybe even social media trolls) need to answer for their crimes against humanity.

We need a hundreds or even thousands of Reiner Fuellmichs.

Although unlike the first Nuremberg trials, the highest ranking criminals will actually have to pay the price for the evils they perpetrated on us.

This is tentatively good news for the constitution and freedom loving Americans. However notice that the reaction of the opponents is not "We respect the judicial system so we will modify our behavior." Rather it is "We do not respect any individual or system that says anything we don't like, so we're going to attack and go around it."

Cheeps's avatar

🎯This cartel will not be dictated to by any mere separate-but-equal branch of Constitutionally proscribed government spouting founding principles.

FREED0ML0VER's avatar

If, as they claim, they haven't been censoring anyone, they shouldn't have a problem with being banned from doing so.

Cheeps's avatar

😆👍🏻

“When did you stop beating your wife?”

“When she died of ‘natural causes’.

Nothing contained herein should be construed as an admission of guilt.”

From a rational legal perspective, you’ve gotta pity the sods compelled to advance these arguments with a straight face.

You cannot block this huge win for We the people!!

frankly's avatar

Not an MSM consumer, is this story getting any coverage at all? It's like sports figures dying from magical injections, do the sheep even hear about it?

Cheeps's avatar

The news about censorship has been censored.

The irony!

Kathleen Taylor's avatar

Yes. PBS News Hour (a U.S. government liberal mouthpiece) took great pains to interview an "expert" who argued how wrong the ruling is, while the anchorwoman interviewer (a certain ultra-left Amna Navaz) asked questions overtly defending the totalitarian state.

Steve. S's avatar

You knew this was coming.

Biden’s immediate supervisor had to be seeing red over this ruling prohibiting him from trying to muzzle the press.

Kalle Pihlajasaari's avatar

The press is not the problem for them, they are on the same page. They need to muzzle the people and this is going to cause a problem for them they do not want.

Coram Nobis's avatar

"Biden's immediate supervisor".........did you mean Barack Obomber?

Cheeps's avatar

"Lawless", himself.

None other.

All censorship is evil.

M VARR's avatar

Good parents censor vile, graphic materials from reaching the eyes and ears of their beloved young innocent children.

In this case, censorship is not evil.

Commoncents's avatar

I am not a child and Joe is not my parent. WTF kind of lunacy is this?

Jacob's avatar

All government and government-inspired censorship is inherently evil.

People who have sworn to uphold The Constitution yet assert there are exceptions, detest me.

GMS4's avatar

But are we under a Constitution? Feels like we are not anymore.

Liberty4all's avatar

I see what you mean. For decades, each Administration and/or Congress has broken the Constitution for this reason or that reason. I guess it's mostly the ones with the self-righteous attitudes who I despise the most.

Judge Doughty's order causes grave harm to the Biden regime's globalist operations and plans.

That's the ONLY harm this corrupt and treasonous administration cares about.

"Protecting people against dangerous mis- and disinformation" is pure gaslighting propaganda.

OnTheJump's avatar

It seems quite the oxymoron, to suggest :

" the ruling ... could hamper attempts to squelch misinformation on topics including health and elections ".

'Pot' calling the 'Kettle' black ?

🤔 These characters are all about inversion.

Their evil is good.

Quoting from Dr. Nass' article:

Government lawyers "said it could prevent the Biden administration from “speaking on matters of public concern and working with social media companies on initiatives to prevent grave harm to the American people and our democratic processes.” "

NOTE: There is nothing in the ruling to prevent Biden from addressing the nation directly via live (well, in Biden's case, semi-live) speeches in person or on television, on video, or in print media. His handlers can issue press releases.

It's the underhanded, insidious control of the press in all its forms including social media that is against Freedom of Speech AND Freedom of the Press.

The government lawyers also said, “These immediate and ongoing harms to the Government outweigh any risk of injury to Plaintiffs if a stay is granted.”

NOTE: The U.S. Constitution exists to protect the PEOPLE, NOT the government. I'm disgusted by this argument made by government lawyers. It should be thrown out on its face.

Cheeps's avatar

If this administration possessed the capacity for shame in any of its healthy, rehabilitating forms, it would act responsibly.

Alas, this lot are shameless reprobates, with scorched-earth national destruction as their to-do list.

Your disgust is well-placed.

Kathleen Taylor's avatar

Perceptively and eloquently expressed.

So now censorship is the bedrock of our Democracy! All the founding fathers just rolled over in their graves.

It's interesting they seem to lack faith in their armed forces, to kill mom and dad on command, or why even care what we think we know?

Such an interesting decree from the American Palace of the Emperor of Ice Cream and his son the Emperor of White Powder for the Palace. More like the court of an old English king.

Cheeps's avatar

Which calls to mind a certain "cancer in the body politic" reference. The people--not the king--now demand, "We would have it OUT!"

KW NORTON's avatar

There is a severe problem with the body politic.

Cheeps's avatar

Don’t be coy.

We passed “severe” long ago.

🧐

Chuck Muldoon's avatar

The mean “grave harm” to pharmaceutical companies, bankers and other corporate thieves and their “shareholders.”

M VARR's avatar

Grave harm?

That's rich!

The O'Biden syndicate wants to keep America in the dark about it's activities and quid pro Joe's!!!
