Remember they aren't selling high mar-up cleaning products, deoderant, etc, so expect prices to be higher than in supermarkets. But check the price per pound for breakfast cereal (with a dash of dyes!), frozen pizza, etc and the more nutrient-dense foods from farms will not seem so high.
Eggs, meats, and natural dairy products have the most actual nutrition per pound & are highly digestible. Fiber, by definition, is indigestible. So some foods that seem more expensive are a better buy.
