Wonderful to hear this news, Meryl. "Look What You've Started!" :)) I wonder how the UK will handle these nations pulling out of the WHO? Most of the Parliament there has place all their eggs in that basket--and other UN, WEF ideas of the perfect way to move forward. I am so grateful for the seeds of suspicion around the power grab of the WHO sown by you and others. A big THANK YOU To James Roguski as well. I first heard of this sneaky deal through James.

Hooray, long overdue, may this trickle become a raging flood of Nations telling the Ethiopian Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, who was appointed on 1 July 2017, and re-appointed on 24 May 2022 Director of the WHO, who it seems given the position of the office held by him, namely.. As the Director of the WHO, that his attempts to usurp individual nation sovereignty has been defeated… we must, all of us resist every one of his and his gang of holier than now, pretenders, and their scurrilous subversive attempts to usurp our individual national interests and sovereignty… just saying Kia Kaha from New Zealand

BRAVO !!!👍👍👍 🔥🔥🔥

After the global WHO-"managed" CoVid-shocker with its deadly outcomes in the millions (and much, much more to come ...) it is high-time to declare:

FUORI dall'OMS, ma TUTTI, e ben presto !!!

Or to put it in Argentinian Javier Milei's words:

AFUERA, CARAJO !!! 👊👊👊 🧨🧨🧨

Let's spend the millions on educating folks to consume better food and get some sunshine !!!

Funny how people knew how to eat, taught their children & grandchildren... and never needed the U.S. Department of AGRICULTURE to tell them what to eat.

One of the USDA's jobs is to promote U.S. agriculture, but apparently that morphed into promoting the industrial manufacturers of food-like substances- and not just the actual growing & raising of food.

Shouldn't take millions to re-educate people what to eat. :-) Real food, ideally one ingredient. No more than 3-4 ingredients.

Grow & raise as much as you can yourself. Or buy from independent farmers & smalllholders / homesteaders in our area. Check Farm & Garden section of Craigslist for farms too small to have a website or a booth at the Farmer's Markets. Remember they aren't selling high mar-up cleaning products, deoderant, etc, so expect prices to be higher than in supermarkets. But check the price per pound for breakfast cereal (with a dash of dyes!), frozen pizza, etc and the more nutrient-dense foods from farms will not seem so high.

Eggs, meats, and natural dairy products have the most actual nutrition per pound & are highly digestible. Fiber, by definition, is indigestible. So some foods that seem more expensive are a better buy.

Well researched articles on nutrition & how nutrient affect and can restore our health, with citations, by Dr. Georgia Ede, MD (no affiliation): DiagnosisDiet.com

Can't find good food locally?

NourishedbyNature.com - AmosMillerOrganicFarm.com - WhiteOakPasture.com - PolyfaceFarms.com - and more, can ship meats, eggs, real, 'unfooled around with' dairy products, etc.

My new food guideline:

If government or industry supported 'health associations' promote it- I avoid it. (ie: seed oil)

If government or industry warns against a real, whole traditional food- I enjoy it! :-)

Thanks for your detailed, additional infos ...

Which show you've got the correct attitude and are on the right track already.

B U T !!!: ✋✋✋

{...Fiber, by definition, is indigestible...}

Indigestible to Homo Sapiens, but your gut-buddies LOVE and desperately NEED it !!!

DEATH is caused in the gut/colon because modern man recklessly disregards the natural needs of our gut-microbiome consisting of thousands of species of bacteria (goodies and baddies), amounting to trillions in a healthy person.

Never forget, man is just a tiny part of the entire biome on the planet, has not evolved in a separate bubble but in cooperation (and sometimes war) with ALL other species.

Before the Great Oxigenation Event (about 2.1-2.4 billion yrs. ago), life thrived without oxygen, an-aerobic so-to-say. Only after the cyano-bacteria added O2 into the atmosphere as a residual produce of their metabolism, Earth could give life to oxygen-breathing and -burning beings, aerobic so-to-say. The good gut bacteria I just mentioned before are all anaerobic and happily thrive in symbiosis inside us, giving us perfect services for digestion of the food we ingest and they MUST have also fiber in order to do their "job" well.

We could say, they "use" the human colon as an anaerobic environment to survive and thrive here on Earth which they could not in an oxygenated atmosphere.

Appreciate your thoughtful reply, Klaus.

-

It has long appeared to me that many of the problems we face in the world today are the result of modern societies thinking that our species is somehow separate from nature, from the biosphere. Humans are a unique species, but we are, nonetheless, immeshed in the web of all life on earth.

-

Though we are taught that all life forms are at war with all others nearly all the time, it has long been obvious that co-operation far exceeds competition. Many academic scientists now understand that symbiosis and other aspects of inter-species co-operation far exceed instances of competition.

-

The research I've been delving into for more than a decade has reveal, however, that the ingestion of fiber is not as essential as we are told - and can be harmful.

-

The human digestive tract lacks the anatomy to deal with fiber. We don't have the multi-chambered foregut ('stomachs') of ruminant herbivores- like cattle, deer, wildebeat, etc. Nor the large cecum of hind-gut fermentors- such as zebras, swine (ominvores), elephants, and gorillas. The large belly of gorillas is not a beer belly nor fat, but the large gut needed to extract enough nutrition from large amounts of plants, aided by their "gut buddies", to survive.

-

"In contrast, obligate carnivores, whose diets contain little or no plant matter, have a reduced cecum, which is often partially or wholly replaced by the APPENDIX." (emphasis added)

'The Vertebrate Body' Romer, Alfred Sherwood; Parsons, Thomas S. (1977). Philadelphia: Holt-Saunders International. pp. 353–54

-

The physiology of our G.I. tracts resemble carnivores far more than herbivores in other was, too. The acidity our our stomachs is comparable to obligate carnivores, even scavengers- not plant eaters.

Most herbivores eat their food twice. Rabbits eat 'night pellets' directly from their anus. Ruminants regurgitate, re-chew, and re-swallow their food. Though they ingest a high-fiber diet (structural carbohydrates), the rumen biome converts the fiber into fatty acids - aka fats, and the microbes are digested to supply protein to their hosts. Though cattle & other ruminants INGEST high fiber diets, the DIGEST a high fat diet. Thankfully, we can skip all that. :-)

Dr. Barry Groves, PhD explains 'What We Are Designed to Eat'

The origin of the idea that fiber is good for us is... startling.

An indigestible mass in the digestive system can, and often does, cause constipation, even blockages of the G.I. tract, as the presentations linked above explain.

To quote the FDA, ""You are not a horse. You are not a cow. Seriously, y'all, stop it."

Didn't everyone learn about the 'Great Oxygenation Event' in school? If this was more widely known, it would be more difficult to fool the public into thinking that the anerobic decomposition of organic matter in the ecosystem is harming the system that such processes have been a part of for we're told, millions of years.

-

This includes digestion of plant matter within cattle - or yaks, camels, water buffalo, wildebeast, giraffes, reindeer, chamois, ibex, elk, deer, caribou, antelope, llamas... and other ruminants - or inside zebras, kangaroo, kola bears, etc.

-

This also includes every swamp, march, river edge, pond, forest floor, and compost pile. And every sewage treatment plant.

-

They all generate methane.

-

Unlike sewage treatment plants, healthy grasslands - plains, steppe, tundra, savanna, pampas, meadow, and veldt - supports a Soil Food Web that includes microbes that break down methane. More methane than the herbivores that are integral elements within those ecosystem can generate.

-

Or, more accurately, than their "gut buddies" can generate.

Our own lawmakers shirked their responsibilities

and handed them to any agency, USDA, EPA, etc that wanted them deferring to their so-called expertise, without holding them accountable by way of the Chevron Deference. But now that it's been overturned it is on the People to hold our politicians accountable for everything we hired them to do -- holding them accountable for everything they spend our tax dollars on. I think USDA, and others would lose their power right quick.

Expand full comment

Yes! The courts have also shirked their responsibilities.

-

The "Chevron doctrine" of deference to alleged experts within the agencies of our government over other expert testimony or evidence has contributed to the difficulty we the actual people of the U.S. have had in defending their rights from government overreach.

-

The "Chevron doctrine" was named for the Supreme Court case Chevron U. S. A. Inc. vs. Natural Resources Defense Council, Inc. 467 U. S. 837 (1984). Thankfully, it was recently overturned by the Loper Bright Enterprises vs. Raimondo decision.

-

The "no standing" excuse that judges use to avoid having to deal with a case or subject matter the would rather avoid - now called a "doctrine" - also needs to end.

-

We the People instituted the government, including the courts, "to secure these (our UNalienable) Rights", and "to secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity..."

-

Posterity - in the specific sense of descendants of the founding generation, or in the general sense of successive generations - that is every one of we the actual people of these United States. This makes us all heirs to the Constitution of the United States of America by which the government of our federation of States was constituted - made - which is the ONLY source of authority of that government.

-

Thank you for the reminder that it is up to each of us to do our part to hold the individuals who volunteer to be BOUND by Oath / Affirmation to support/ uphold the U.S. Constitution ACCOUNTABLE.

-

No one can do everything. Thankfully, we don't have to. :-) But everyone can do something. It starts with teaching ourselves and our families, friends, and neighbors what the schools have stopped teaching:

the Declaration of Independence - The Constitution of the U.S.A. - and our State Constitutions, which are just as important.

-

'Knowledge is power' - as attorney and superhero Bobbie Anne Cox says.

Would like to see some emphasis placed on Monopoly. Simply have not recovered from the Gate's foundation list of winners and amounts our esteemed host provided recently.

So I'm sure those who benefited would testify that Gates earned every nickel, fair and square. Just like Rockefeller and the others.

But the evidence would point to obscene profits being used to consolidate power. Obscene anything is usually associated with crime. Yet again our world teeters on economic collapse.

If history is any predictor, many will die. Those most firmly entrenched will profit, ever more obscenely.

The Fauci pardon informs like another series of 60's assassinations, 9/11 or the Nordstream

In our guts we know the truth. That Fauci accepted the pardon, removes any doubt.

Yes, body temps are lowering. I believe it's from all the toxic crap being sprayed on us by drone tanker jets, tons of nanoparticluate heavy metals and all the endothermic ice nucleation chemicals to "cool the planet" that we are breathing. Yet, this is odd.

Thank for posting the link. Looking forward to Meryl's article about this!

I do hope she has time to look it over. I know she is a busy lady!

How does one's own body make synthetic red blood cells? Freaky, right?

I don't now how Meryl manages to post so much great content. I can't keep up, though I try.

Yet I hope she does have the chance to check out those articles and share her thought about them with us. Bring injected with synthetic modified mRNA to trigger our cells to product the most pathogenic part of the (alleged?) virus - the spike protein - was odd enough. Especially knowing from the start the injection contents ere not going to stay in the arm - and was likely to be reverse transcribed into the DNA of the cells - that was weir enough.

That would make those people GMOed humans.

Like something an evil comic book villain would do.

Speaking of the WHO’s attempts to legalize Pedophilia;

Forget for the time being the JFK files. We know most of it already anyway. It is time for TrannyGate and Tranny Macron..

Ms Macron was the 14 year young Boy Macron’ older Male Cousin at age 37. And then Tranny~ed into Brigitte Macron (the French Big Mike). Now;

Trump said he had Intel at Mar a Lago on Tranny Macron. Pedo Joe raids Mar a Lago with his FBI. The same FBI that covered up the pedophilia and incest on Hunter’s Laptop. And raided O’Keefe looking for Trump’s daughter’s diary.

Bridgette Marcon personally over saw the French Olympics Pedophile opening ceremony. And according to Daily Mail, wanted to install an erect penis with gold balls as the new Spire on top of Notre Dame. Which Big Mike watched burn down with a glass of Wine on a boat in the Seine.

The UN WHO has been, still is trying to legalize Pedophilia.

Kamala started her campaign on PeaCock’s Drag Queen show. And now Big Mike is hiding in Hawaii.

The rabbit hole is way bigglier, stay tuned. 🍿🍿🍿
