As such, what level of granularity must be provided in a study to demonstrate that any vaccine is SUFFICIENTLY safe AND effective? Both!
The U.S. govt has proven that it is NOT trustworthy to present legitimate evidence (valid and reliable) of a study of a drug to be used as a countermeasure to be applied (injected into us) in a pandemic!
There is fuk all reason to wed any country to a sociopathic organization eager to force inject people with toxic jabs for viruses that dont exist. The WHO is completely unecessary!!

Having skimmed through the Treaty that you linked to us (https://iris.who.int/bitstream/handle/10665/246107/9789241580496-eng.pdf?) in a recent email, here's the larger problem I see about this Treaty and the IHRs, on page 52 (cut and pasted below):
