Repeal the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Act and hold pharmaceutical companies accountable when death or disability is caused by their products.

Agree that bringing back liability/ending lack of liability is paramount to everything. No liability is how big farma gets away with everything!!!

Excellent start, Meryl! Perhaps more important than revoking the existing emergency measures, mandates, and censorship is prohibiting them from ever occurring again.

In #3, for example, we could demand the repeal of the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012, which “legalized the dissemination of information in the US whether the information is true, partly true, or completely false” (https://lesliemanookian.substack.com/p/sticks-and-stones).

I address that and other topics related to censorship and misinformation in this piece:

• “Letter to US Legislators: #DefundTheThoughtPolice” (https://margaretannaalice.substack.com/p/letter-to-us-legislators-defundthethoughtpolice)

Yes, agree with you. However, if you mention specific bills, 501c3 nonprofits cannot support it or they will lose their nonprofit status. Thus the pledge had to be general in nature.

I wanted to ban emergency measures (of those enacted since 1998) entirely, forever, but others made the argument that certain emergency powers could be necessary, and that time-limiting them will prevent their substantive abuse.

Good to know and makes sense!

Perhaps there could be separate petitions started to repeal:

• National Defense Authorization Act of 2012

• 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Act

• Bayh-Dole act

And other instruments of totalitarianism and corruption (https://rwmalonemd.substack.com/p/what-to-do-with-a-problem-like-hhs and https://rwmalonemd.substack.com/p/what-to-do-with-a-problem-like-hhs-c4e) …

The problem is most 501-3 C’s are functioning as Lobbyist, typically for the Democrat led Bill’s. I would love yo see the “charitable” organizations done away with in respect to their legal status. They are used as shields with loopholes to fool the people. I have volunteered a few on the national level and am speaking from first hand experience of what I witnessed. The Bill’s they pushed were not good for the patients they supposedly represented.

Thank-you for stating that as fact. I have felt this was what was going on for many years. Now, I know I was right all along.

You are welcome. After my mom died I wanted to volunteer for some different charitable organizations that represented some of the organ disease issues she dealt with. When I attended a couple of “Hill Days” or a National Meeting for Advocates I realized if I spoke against the Bill they were pushing it was not received as helpful. They wanted parrots repeating the talking points, not relaying the real-life situations a patient like my mom had dealt with. I obviously no longer volunteer.

Regarding emergency powers: nothing like that is ever "necessary", it's just "wanted" by the fearful.

Things that "could be necessary," some day, are the most dangerous. Time limits are not respected. The law should not legislate tyranny. Under no emergency. Preventing tyranny is what the law is for.

If there are circumstances where people think exceptional actions are needed, and those are outside the law, they can break the law under their own recognizance. If they are real heroes, they can hope for non-prosecution, jury nullification, or pardon. Let them pay for their mistakes if they are wrong.

There are plentiful examples where the law was broken in exceptional cases and the violations were nullified, pardoned, or not prosecuted. There is no need to pre-legislate suspension of regular law.

Ohio Advocates for Medival freedom has some good language for a proposed bill.

URGENT, Support - Medical Right to Refuse: An Ohio Constitutional Amendment

The Constitutional Amendment would read:

Section 22: Medical Right to Refuse

(A) An individual’s right to refuse any medical procedure, treatment, injection, vaccine, prophylactic, pharmaceutical, or medical device shall be absolute.

(B) No law, rule, regulation, person, employer, entity, or healthcare provider shall require, mandate, or coerce any person to receive or use a medical procedure, treatment, injection, vaccine, prophylactic, pharmaceutical, or medical device nor shall they discriminate against the individual who exercises this right.

(C) No other provision of the Ohio Constitution shall impair or limit the rights contained herein.

https://www.irs.gov/charities-non-profits/charitable-organizations/exemption-requirements-501c3-organizations

501c3 organizations are restricted to not doing "SUBSTANTIAL" action around legislation and absolutely doing NOTHING with political candidates. They can publish info pertaining to specific legislation with HR and Senate numbers, but it must not be the "substantial" amount they publish and their activities on this legislation must not be "substantial." Many also hold a 501c4 IRS permit where contributions made to the "C4" are never tax deductible to the donors and can be used even for candidate ads and recommending candidates that support their issues. One such non-substantial mention may be in a grey area where the entire publication cannot be charged to "C3" even if the substantial content would otherwise be tax-deductible. Most donors only donate to the "C3" tax-deductible pot of money.

So 501c3 organizations pushing legislation are likely watched closely re "substantial" action.

Federal employees are under a so-called protective gag order to not discuss legislation and political candidates or take any action that may influence the direction of government under the claim that their employers would otherwise threaten them with insubordination or job loss. I am unaware if anyone has challenged this under First Amendment rights or if any court has weakened it.

https://www.bitchute.com/video/wZ0eZHDMATZD/ David Martin explains to Greg Hunter the Utah case coming July 6, 2022

The case was against CMS, DHS, and Biden in a broader way than this is directed but this is timely now and makes the specific point that Martin likely does not make. He also attacks our tacit agreement using the word "vaccine" when this COVID 19 treatment is identified in patents in ways that he identifies as scheduled toxins or pathogens, which are bioweapons, which are always illegal to inject into any person.

Please ignore the false untrue language inside of this link following this paragraph, and only look at the content inside the actual video link which does not match this false story inside the surface superficial link that all can see. Inside is David Martin explaining the definition.

https://bestnewshere.com/the-supreme-court-in-the-us-has-ruled-that-the-covid-pathogen-is-not-a-vaccine-is-unsafe-and-must-be-avoided-at-all-costs/

It is an excellent question about the current status of the July 8th Utah court case. I have not found anything about how the opening statements were received, including on Dr. David Martin's websites. He directed everyone to watch them, but then I found no way to do that. Perhaps the judge banned all recording of the court proceeding, but then why does it appear he has been silent. Martin was interviewed at least once after that by Jonathan Otto, but didn't talk about it.

I strongly encourage you to develop this pledge. This comes at the problem from a different angle. It does not overlap. thank you.

After the mandates began a couple of years ago, I looked at the Texas state laws on emergency powers (since that's where I live). I was shocked at the Orwellian language, and it has been there for over 50 years! I am sure the people who passed these laws had good intentions at the time. Massive loss of life and property destruction had occurred in hurricanes and other natural disasters. However, the laws are non-specific. All the governor has to do is declare a disaster, and appoint a czar to oversee it. This person then has unlimited power, including arrests, detention, and forced medication on anyone that fails to comply. There are also automatic triggers that take effect upon recommendations by the CDC! This is one place where things get confused. Recommendations can easily be turned into mandates.

In my opinion, any emergency laws should be limited to moving people and supplies to those in need, and helping first responders do their jobs. I'm sure all the states have similar laws. They all need to be revisited, and that has to be done at the state level. Not an easy task since people have been trained to look to Big Brother to take care of them. And humans will abuse their power.

I'm sorry to bring negativity here, but ....

The idea is great, but we will not be able to overcome 40-plus years of planning and organizing by heads of state, banking cartels, big tech, big chemical, big medicine, big media, militarized police forces, corrupt courts, and global organizations accountable to no one that have infiltrated every government around the world. Together, they have set up their own modern-day version of Murder Incorporated that will eliminate anyone why too boldly challenges these dictates. Just look at each national leader who refused to go along with vakseen enforcement. All are DEAD.

The human race is polluted beyond repair, both medically (thru vakseens) and mentally, using chemical, medical, economic, and psychological warfare. There is no coming back from this. The damage is too great and most of the people have embraced their own slavery and will not even listen to alternatives. I view humanity as being in the sunset of its existence.

The impenetrable technocracy that will ruthlessly enforce it all is being erected around us, and is closer each day to being complete and forced on everyone. You will be an algorithm controlled, genetically modified robot.

In short, they're gonna kill us all. The few survivors will be enslaved.

Where you’re wrong is in believing the MSM propaganda that we are the few and they represent the many. We are 30% of the population, and the middle 40% swing thinkers are awakening in ever-increasing numbers. Just look at the terms that have been trending on Twitter lately—VAERS, #Vaccine-Injured, #Nuremberg2, #ivermectin, and tons more just over the last couple of weeks alone.

The lies are beginning to collapse of their own weight, as always occurs in historical periods of mass hypnosis, and it is essential that we continue to throw sand in the gears through individual and peaceful mass noncompliance. The heroic examples of the Canadian truckers (https://margaretannaalice.substack.com/p/profiles-in-courage-the-canadian), Dutch farmers, Sri Lankan peasants, and African countries putting a stop to the proposed IHR amendments (https://margaretannaalice.substack.com/p/letter-to-the-us-hhs-office-of-global) are but a few examples of the adage:

“The power of the people is stronger than the people in power.”

We outnumber the self-labeled “elites” by orders of magnitude, and we merely need to withdraw our support in large enough numbers for the tyrants to collapse automatically:

• “COVID IS OVER! … If You Want It” (https://margaretannaalice.substack.com/p/covid-is-over-if-you-want-it)

I am a practitioner of the Stockdale Paradox, which fully confronts reality while persisting in the belief that we can and *will* win as we have no other option:

“The Stockdale Paradox is a concept, along with its companion concept Confront the Brutal Facts, developed in the book Good to Great. Productive change begins when you confront the brutal facts. Every good-to-great company embraced what we came to call the ‘Stockdale Paradox’: you must maintain unwavering faith that you can and will prevail in the end, regardless of the difficulties, and at the same time, have the discipline to confront the most brutal facts of your current reality, whatever they might be.” (https://www.jimcollins.com/concepts/Stockdale-Concept.html)

Canadian Truckers? You can't be serious. As soon as Trudeau got serious about putting the squeeze to that movement, he crushed them all like bugs without a fight. They all ran away when they saw what they were up against because they knew they had no chance. It changed nothing in the end. What about the one supposedly surrounding Washington DC? It amounted to nothing whatsoever.

Other countries? Ousting one leader only to have an even more corrupt leader take their place is hardly a victory. Sri Lanka is collapsing. Look at China. This is a preview of what's to come worldwide.

Numbers mean nothing if there is no organization or funding, and no strategy. The opposition has unlimited funding, a head start, and is highly organized. You think voting in an election and non-violently whining in the streets with hand-written signs or filing petitions will do anything? They can easily outlast us even if we temporarily interrupt their progress. They'll just retreat and come back harder and more cleverly next time.

The technology will do the job once the implementation is complete. That's the part you don't get.

Anyway, thanks for the entertainment.

What you don’t get is that every form of systemic corruption has been eventually toppled by persistent peaceful noncompliance (slavery, civil rights movement, Indian independence, etc.) and that the tsunami of resistance is already well-underway worldwide thanks to the leadership of organizations like the World Council for Health.

I understand the threats posed by the technology perfectly and outlined them in my Anatomy of a Philanthropath: Dreams of Democide & Dictatorship series (https://margaretannaalice.substack.com/p/anatomy-of-a-philanthropath-dreamshttps://margaretannaalice.substack.com/p/anatomy-of-a-philanthropath-dreams-947https://margaretannaalice.substack.com/p/anatomy-of-a-philanthropath-dreams-3fd).

It is possible to refuse to comply. Example: in 1993, I refused to allow pediatric doctors to give my daughter DPT injections after the first which caused my previously perfectly healthy child petit- and grand mall seizures, debilitating sleep disorder, and other associated neurological issues. I also refused to allow administration of any ‘routine’ narcotics to my young child for any of the above vaccination injuries. Many doctors fired me, reported me to child protective services, I fired many doctors, public school systems later tried to force my child into institutions for the disabled because of her fall risk, and on it went for years until she entered high school.

I searched this nation for pediatricians and neurologists that would help us. SPECIALLY FOR CHILDREN, Drs. Karnak and Godsie in Austin, Texas taught me how to fight this war.

The only drug my daughter was ever given in her life is Benadryl for the sleep disorder. With the guidance of these incredible neurologists, she was detoxed naturally, outgrew the seizures, a bad firing Occipital brain neuron was naturally replaced with a good one, and Tourette’s Syndrome … to name a few of the most serious afflictions/symptoms. It took 4 years of hard work, money, and absolute refusal to comply with the mainstream.

I am very proud my daughter went on to earn full scholarship and graduated from SMU with her first 2 degrees earned in just 4 years. Not bragging and not advertising “college for all”.

What I am advertising is that parents rise up, educate themselves, and do what it takes to fight illogical mainstream narratives and especially medical mandates.

It can be done if humanity will pull together and refuse to comply with unjust and insane directives.

I don’t regret one moment of this fight we chose and I will never lose hope.

I totally commend you for your stance, persistence, and protecting your daughter at any and all costs. You are what every parent should be. You showed great determination and resourcefulness, and also a willingness to sacrifice.

Your plight shows just how far the system, set up to ensnare, dominate, and dictate to us all, has advanced. Very few have your fortitude. Most will never do any independent research and instead conclude that "if this is being done, it's for our own good so I'll follow it." Even those who sense that something is amiss, they are too distracted by their daily struggles to dig in and fight.

They insulate the system by creating so many layers that most people, or movements, never advance to the true source, or origin, of the corruption.

Advantage: OPPOSITION.

A journey of a thousand miles begins with just one step. Many have taken this first step. Giving up is never an option. May i suggest you read Mattias Desmet's book "The Psychology of Totalitarianism". Here are a couple of quotes from it which I like: "The first and foremost task is to keep speaking out. Everything stands or falls with the act of speaking out. It is in the interest of all parties." He goes on to describe how and ends that paragraph with, "The totalitarian system doesn't have to be overcome so much as one must somehow survive until it destroys itself."

Meryl, how about a pledge to reverse or restrict the ability of corporations to fund or otherwise influence the FDA (and possibly other federal agencies)? Your reporting has illuminated the consequences of this corruption.

Expand full comment

Yes critical--but too wonky for this document

Expand full comment

"too wonky"? I suppose the broader principle concerns corporate influence in government. Government should preserve personal freedoms, and provide personal protections. Government agencies should not be vehicles for corporations to control and exploit people. And government regulators should not be directed by the industries they regulate.

Expand full comment

Agree. So how do you put that into language that leads to legislation? Congress spends money. If you take the 45% of FDA's budget that comes from industry, how do you replace it? Even then, it is still captured. Trying to take the first steps that can get most people behind them and lead to simple but major legislative changes.

Expand full comment

Of course, a broader anti-corruption platform should include a pledge to strengthen revolving-door policies (private --> public, and public--> private) and support campaign finance reforms.

Expand full comment

The pledge could be to reduce private funding of government wherever possible. Federal & state policy should be developed by the legislature, and industries should be regulated according to rules & regulations that implement such policy (without direct industry influence). Respectfully, asking how to replace industry funding of government is the wrong question; we should be asking how to shrink government down to its essential functions.

Expand full comment

Yes--that would be a long document listing oodles of ways the government has been taken over. And then how to get rid of secret bribes? It would be a very wonky document, I think, and would require lawyers to even understand all the methods enshrined in law by which we are being harmed.

Expand full comment

It all gets "wonky" when it comes to drafting legislation. But if the purpose of the "pledge" is to reveal the philosophy of would-be government leaders (and reward courageous positions with our votes), then a pledge to "reduce industry influence in U.S. regulatory agencies", and another to "reject any treaty that replaces self-governance with WHO mandates" seem appropriate.
