"Emphasize primary care" now where have I heard that before? Oh yes, it was 40 years ago and continuously through the present moment of my career as a GP. What government / corporate healthcare was always intending was to diminish the skills and functions and central importance of the "pcp" and make him a clerk, a doorman, a stock boy. I'd say they have succeeded magnificently. If this sort of emphasis on primary care proceeds apace, our esteemed colleagues will be made entirely of wires, semiconductors and plastic.
So when the Hell do all of your overeducated certificated order followers start thinking, and acting, critically and independently, and take your profession back?
The globalists' strategy seems to be this: find problems everyone can agree exist. Then state what YOUR solution is, as if they you magically solved the problem ex nihilism. Do not explain why your solution is the best. Just state that it will solve the problem. Tell people how much better things will be once your solution is implemented. Ignore all internal contradictions and complications associated with your plan. Do not encourage debate. Encourage people to accept your solution delivered is ex cathedra. Dismiss all who object as anti-progress.
Stupidly, the globalists, in their immense hubris, believe that people will not think, will not notice the flaws in their plans, will not object, and can be cowed into submission. They do not realize we are not all sheep. Yes, many will mindlessly follow. But many many others, far more than can be imagined will resist being put in a digital prison. Humans, like birds, are meant to be free. We will not stand for being put in cages or pens like animals in the zoo. BTW, maybe we should think about closing the zoos and releasing the animals while we're at it.

The place was empty - in fact nearly all the waiting room seats had been removed, so they evidently weren’t expecting anyone. What the hell’s going on? Even in 2021 and 2022 there were chairs.

Each agency uses a different vector, but the goal is the same. When their system collapses (inevitable), how many people will die from starvation, disease, violence? Governments are instituted among men to protect individual rights; there is no other justification. When governments violate individual rights (usually initiated with a call to a "noble" purpose, such as "ending poverty", that involves confiscation of private property), they become illegitimate. There is no legitimate government in the world at this time. There is no way for people to safely live under an illegitimate government. This is the crisis.
I avoid my PCP as best I can. I only have one since medicare insurance says I need one. The WHO and gates are murdering SOBs and there is no arguing that. No matter the wording, the bottom line is to murder 7 billion humans. The medical system is much more proficient at delivering death and disease than it ever will be in delivering health care.

I don't expect they will. If the general public (patients) does not demand the change by boycotting the current system, then it will continue getting worse. I believe most physicians In my region lack the desire and resolve necessary to bite the hands that automate them.
They have a very polite way of saying… we’re going to poison and experiment on people (to feed the hungry digital data gobbler) and when you’re almost dead we’re going to be nice and then kindly help you through to the other side with a shot of this or that.
