“The WHO not only regularly promotes abortion and radical gender ideology but also praised China for their “leadership” at the beginning of COVID-19 and has done nothing to hold the CCP accountable for the spread of COVID-19. It is far past time for Congress to use its power of the purse to cut off US funding to this corrupt international body just like the Trump Administration did,” Roy added."
The Constitution provides for treaties, and even specifies that treaties will be “the supreme Law of the Land”; that is, that they will be binding on the states. But from 1787 on, it has been recognized that for a treaty to be valid, it must be consistent with the Constitution—that the Constitution is a higher authority than treaties. And what is it that allows us to judge whether a treaty is consistent with the Constitution? Alexander Hamilton explained this in a pamphlet early on: “A treaty cannot change the frame of the government.” And he gave a very logical reason: It is the Constitution that authorizes us to make treaties. If a treaty violates the Constitution, it would be like an agent betraying his principal or authority. And as I said, there has been a consensus on this in the past that few ever questioned.
Rather like the man who dutifully makes his voices heard in Kafka’s tale, “Before the Law,” I did write to Diane Feinstein and Nancy Pelosi about the WHO amendments and new treaty using the pre-fab letter offered by Catherine Austin Fitts and here is her wondrous reply that should put all out doubts to rest:
“As you may know, in January 2022 the United States proposed amendments to these regulations aimed at expanding the capacity of the WHO to respond to public health emergencies. However, when the WHO met at the World Health Assembly in May, these amendments were not considered.
The amendments were interpreted by some as ceding U.S. sovereignty to the WHO. Our country should never cede its sovereignty to any organization, but I do not believe the WHO’s voluntary International Health Regulations cede any sovereignty. However, Congressman Roy does appear to have a good chance to stop funding in the very near future and that action effectively gets USA out of the WHO at the soonest possible time. Yes, he is taking advantage of the political climate. All the other action can still be pursued to get us out of the UN and the WEF.
