Late this morning for a while high clouds/fog returned & the sky over my house in midcoast Maine was brown. A greyish brown, but brown. I'm 72. Never have seen a sky this color, even camping along the Colorado when heavy fires to the west were producing a lot of smoke.
It didn't last too long, but everything "they" do in the west/southwest comes our way...

Just a thought: In the past years, especially about the last 5 or 7 years, our skies have been crisscrossed with chemical trails (that drift, and become "clouds"). Since the military realized that the strategic oil reserves were being emptied as a result of our ongoing wars everywhere, we have seen NO chemtrails in our skies. Clear blue. We'd forgotten what a clear blue sky looked like.
Bottom line: The military is conserving jet fuel. So the military has given up this program -- for now.
I spend a lot of time outdoors and there appears to be plenty of it where I'm at. It really bugs me that there are definitely fewer insects about than when I was a kid. The marshes are almost devoid of bird life and amphibians too, while they were teeming with life 8 decades ago. Haven't seen a turtle in years. I suspect part of it is due to the toxins being dumped into the atmosphere, but what do I know?
Same here in Piedmont Virginia. ZERO insects at the porch lights at night. ZERO. The insect population is gone. Same with the winter flocks of birds, down by about 90 percent.
We had at least 200 hummingbirds here every year -- we had to fill 13 two-cup feeders every 18 hours. Now there are maybe ten. GONE -- the saddest thing of all. Birds have very sensitive lungs -- they are all dead.

I am still getting some chemtrails in my area but some people report there are fewer on weekends and fewer on islands where there are fewer flights

Yes! We are definitely missing some birds and insects in my parts as well. Ones we'd see all of the time have vanished.
