my son, who's a cop with a criminal justice degree, says that 'citizen's arrest' is simply not a thing. we have criminal courts and civil courts. the rules for each are different. if our corrupt prosecutorial systems don't indict, (which they certainly have shown no effort to do so in these massive crimes), the other option is civil courts. and that's expensive but there are several ongoing, which you can support financially. the civil charges have to be very specific, to very specific individuals. simply talking about 'citizen's arrest' doesn't do anything concrete - supporting ongoing litigation does.

One court going along with citizen's arrest is enough because it creates a precedent. Best chance for finding one might be in Florida. What politicians don't realize (but should) is that if the global (fascist) coup succeeds, they will be the first ones to be replaced with AI bureaucrats. IOW preventing this coup is even in the interest of those, still supporting it.
