The fact that these voting machines have a proven weakness, and that tampering can alter exponential votes, is enough evidence to have them banned from further use.

The "weakness" is a feature, not a bug.

It doesn't matter if it can be demonstrated in a court of law.

One point overlooked in this news is that it has been determined already that the tabulation machines and voting machines have cellular modems built into the hardware for remote control, diagnostics, and software updates.

Nor is it mentioned that said modems are illegally present therein.

I remember Bev Harris of Black Box Voting and specials on cable showing how machines could be tampered with after the Gore v Bush election theft. Still to this day, nothing has been done to prevent fraud.

Expand full comment

I remember that as well...gee can't think of a single reason why nothing has been done!😆

It is probably related to specious standing arguments.

We all saw the voter fraud, over and over, in the 2020 election in Georgia.

Rafensberger speaks with a forked tongue and the 2020 and 2022 Georgia elections were hacked and stolen on a scale much larger than just one Dominion Voting Machine!

BAN Ballot Counting Devices!!! The downside of technology; machines can be fixed.. Who had a large financial interests in these machines in 2020? Nancy Pelosi's husband. Before the 2009 election George Soros was connected to their manufacture, too. What is more important than an honest election? All possible avenues that lead to fraud must be eliminated. It's appalling there are so many that stoop to cheating in order to win; .and so many others who go along with them. What brought so many Americans down to this level? I was taught...honest was the best policy.

Way back when GA was first deciding on electronic voting machine vendors, the Atlanta Linux Enthusiasts club had volunteers show the state legislature how insecure the machines were and that they were “black boxes” of unknown quite vulnerable code and hardware. The ALE group proposed open source software and hardware combined with appropriate security, along with voter identification and encrypted signed keys as the better option. But the legislature was already bought and paid for by the big money vendors.

It seems the world over we have technology to do things but lack the quality of the use of that technology. Doing harm.

I think they needed hard copy also, which there was a overabundance of ballots. It would be easy to prove machine manipulation only if there were enough ballots to cover the count. Dr Frank showed the anomaly and proof by math, that the count was not light.

Alex Halderman delivered the kind of testimony that was blocked from the discovery phase in many trials with refusals of access based on specious standing arguments.

It is also important to note that Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger sat on the Halderman report for TWO YEARS and Judge Totenberg also sat on the report for a considerable amount of time. UNACCEPTABLE in a Constitutional Republic.

I'm not saying voter fraud doesn't exist. However, I am unconvinced of his argument. To make a significant difference in an election, it would take a lot of people using "a pen to reach a button inside the touchscreen, a fake $10 voter card he had programmed, or a $100 USB device that he plugged into a cord connected to a printer, rewriting the touchscreen’s code."

Expand full comment

Election fraud on a larger scale is certainly possible.

I think it goes far beyond a few hackers here and there.

The machines could be accessed through the internet,

and they could have been set up to change the results from the outset.

There is some evidence, just not solid proof.

"We stand at an apex in human history. Are we handing too much power to technology – and those that program it?" As documentary notes state.

The plandemic was technology largely hidden from the people and used to abuse the population.

Technology is neither good nor bad, but as it becomes more sophisticated it hands great power to an overbearing state that has the ability to keep "state secrets." We're undoubtedly being subject to abusive and hidden powers now, by the mere fact of the power to surveil, for example. One might think of more insidious practices.

I just finished this movie and thought it was excellent. I new probably 90% of this already but of course not the technical details. However, the one thing it did not address was the issue of people using pens to reach inside the touchscreen. I'm not saying it cannot happen. What I am saying is that there is no proof that enough people could do this to the change election results. I'd like to see proof of that - the type of proof that was offered in this film showing the other ways in which elections can be messed with via voting machines.
