I would certainly choose DJT over almost all alternatives...no TDS here. But the Dems are so anxious for him to run -- I expect that is because they think they can beat him...doesn't that worry you? Also, much as I loved most of his policy positions, the role of the CEO (company, state country) is to get things done. This has to be done through other people.
DJT has shown a chronic inability to find and hire good people -- that is the most important characteristic of a good CEO (not of a good politician, necessarily, but of a good CEO for sure). At this point in life he is unlikely to be able to fix that -- We need someone who has demonstrated that they can make the executive office actually do what people want it to do. I would certainly choose DJT over almost all alternatives...no TDS here. But the Dems are so anxious for him to run -- I expect that is because they think they can beat him...doesn't that worry you? Also, much as I loved most of his policy positions, the role of the CEO (company, state country) is to get things done. This has to be done through other people.
DJT has shown a chronic inability to find and hire good people -- that is the most important characteristic of a good CEO (not of a good politician, necessarily, but of a good CEO for sure). At this point in life he is unlikely to be able to fix that -- We need someone who has demonstrated that they can make the executive office actually do what people want it to do. DeSantis has done that in spades in Florida (where I am and where I was more-than-skeptical when he began). It is really hard to find anyone anywhere else that has done it as well.
If Trump is the candidate he has my vote. I am just unpersuaded that it will be enough...it wasn't last time. :(

He was in LA standing with striking hotel workers, he’s appearing on every podcast imaginable, he has deep knowledge on a variety of subjects and can articulate a vision.
