I agree. I'm a candidate for New York State Senate, 26th District, with the newly formed Medical Freedom Party, and I will be glad to sign the pledge. Here is my website so you can see where I stand on these issues: marthaforstatesenate.com.

Medical Freedom Party - love it! At this point it is about the only issue I care about (as in if we roll medical tyranny back - lastingly by repealing the dreadful statutes that Dr. Nass mentioned - only then will the other stuff be meaningfully tackled). Good luck. 🍀

Martha, thank you for stepping up. I live in Oregon, but my heart is buoyed by seeing your face, much power in your Senate race...jacquelyn

I wish you tons of luck! You might want to sign up with Ballotpedia, which is an excellent resource for voter information. I couldn’t find your name on Ballotpedia at https://ballotpedia.org/New_York_State_Senate_elections,_2022 . Here’s the questionnaire for candidates who want to provide more details on Ballotpedia: https://ballotpedia.org/Ballotpedia%27s_Candidate_Connection

I don’t know anything about NY political rules, but I’m assuming you’ve already done what’s needed to get on the ballot. Here’s some info I found in case it’s helpful:

Yes, getting on Ballotpedia is something we need to do, and we're working on it. There's a lot of details to take care of and we are a grassroots group. I considerably surpassed the Board of Election's petition signature requirement and am officially on the ballot for November 8, rest assured.

Most excellent, Martha! I only recently discovered Ballotpedia and wanted to be sure everyone knew about it. Congrats on your signatures!

Warm regards and best of luck 🍀 as you fight to regain liberty in the state that is home to the Statue of Liberty and Liberty island.

Godspeede Martha for your bravada in standing for truth and that which does really matter in such a longtime very corrupt state such as Newyorkistan...

Dear Martha, Thank you for your courage. In light of what happened recently to brave souls like Dr. Andreas Noack and Dr. Carrie Madej, I recommend that you consider hiring security for your protection. It is especially important as your movement gains more steam and support, which I am confident you would. Best of luck and we'll pray for you.

Hi Martha - so happy to see you and others running in various districts.

An Ohio Constitutional Ammendment - the Medical Right to Choose - is getting closer to getting on the ballot.

Maybe something to consider for NY if not already in the works?

Thank you for this! We'll definitely look at it. There are bills in the legislature for this now (unfortunately stagnating because NYS is effectively a one party state) and we're hoping to help push them forward. But longer term, a constitutional amendment is really important.

Expand full comment

And if more states are able to ammend their constitutions, then that means there's likely enough support for 2/3 of the ststes to propose an ammendment to the US constitution.

Expand full comment

At present, any constitutional amendment in NYS will have to start with the legislature (another reason it is important to get independent medical freedom voices into office). Not until 2027 will the option of a constitutional convention be available.

Thanks for your comment and thoughts. I'm surprised the link to the Medical Freedom Party didn't work for you. I checked it and it worked for me, although I did notice a delay. It's in the process of being updated, so perhaps that was what caused the problem. Feel free to contact me with the email on my website. Yes, I agree with the George Carlin sentiment, but my hope is that being out there, horning in on the campaign trail, I'll force the other candidates to address the medical freedom (or tyranny) issues they want to avoid, call them on lies, and lay out the principles we must abide by if we are to save our Constitutional government and civil society.

without digging too deep into privacysavvy.com they do not do what the say. "No ads

Also, neither do we accept payment for advertising, nor do we host any ads.

It’s pretty obvious that paid advertising could result in bias alongside conflict of interest. Besides, ads can violate your privacy or even can be a security risk"

yet they have ads on their website and those companies they advertise for I would not touch with a 10 foot pole. It looks like a tread carefully scenario to me. They claim to be free, but there is no such thing as free.

Wonderful idea, Meryl. I would be happy to help with wordsmithing, and Leslie Manookian’s Health Freedom Defense Fund (https://healthfreedomdefense.org/) could host the pledge and help solicit signatures like they did with the World Freedom Declaration:

https://healthfreedomdefense.org/wfd/

I am friends with Leslie and can put you in touch. Email me if you’d like to connect.

I can also see if this is something the World Council of Health would like to participate in at an international level.

Thanks--I do know Leslie and Naomi, and RFK Jr. loves the idea, so I will run with it.

Absolutely! Let's all get on the same page, please! Siri's medical liberty pledge for candidates is floundering, sadly, without enough candidates and elected representatives signing yet.

We need millions of Americans to finally step up for fundamental human rights, the rule of law, and the removal of dark money, pHarma money, and weapons of psychological warfare being utilized by the governments on the taxpayers who fund them.

Evil has crept into all branches of our nation and we must stand up and root it out. Corporate, Legislative, Media, Medicine, and Academia.

If we refuse to face this we will continue to fail and to fall, in my opinion.

There is such a thing as good vs evil. Denying that leaves you without the required inner strength and conviction to face the reality we are experiencing.

Not to say that everyone involved in this is evil; most are in the Trance Formation Mattias Desmet speaks so eloquently of.

But those who are creating this event at the very top of the pyramids of power we so foolishly allowed to grow in our nation, those are beings of an entirely different color. And it's black. Black in their hearts in the classical sense.

No offense meant to those of darker skin tone!

Hearts are most often gray, everyone being a mix of positive and negative impulses, ideas, and motivations, but some are very pure filled with much light, and others appear to hold no light at all.....and that's the darkness I'm speaking to.

Please realize not everyone is fully human in the way most of us are.

Sociopaths have different brain structures. They do not have conscious or empathy, or remorse. You cannot love them, or counsel them into a different way of being. All you can do is learn to recognize them, contain them, and make them realize that if they don't control their actions they will lose their freedom, and perhaps their life.

Please wake up, America! We are being run by the above mentality, as hard as that is to swallow.

We must value all the rights in our Constitution and Bill of Rights, and defend them no matter the price.

We must pull our support out from under the Corporations involved with this Coup.

And we must end the rule of the chemical/pHarma/industrial/weapons/military government insiders, so that Government of the People, by the People, and for the People, doesn't vanish from our Earth.

I think this is a great idea. I'll take a stab at writing my own version of the pledge, and if I can come up with something I'm pleased with I'll come back here and post it in the comments. It will very likely take me a couple of days to get to that point.

I agree with your pledge but they also need to pledge to get to the bottom of who should be held accountable for the circumstances of the least 3 years. Virus leak, hospital protocols, elimination of therapeutics, introduction of vaccines that were dangerous…..

You are assuming they care, and that our votes actually count. Neither of those things is true. Princeton study showed years ago that votes do not translate to public policy in any way, even assuming that elections are primaries are not fixed. What politicians would say is that we are ignorant and they are doing all those things "for our own good."

Expand full comment

Princeton study is almost certainly true in the aggregate, now more than ever.

But on this issue, finding politicians who WON'T make such a pledge creates a public database.

People might decide to legally picket outside your house or office; plumbers might refuse to fix your broken pipes; all sorts of legal but unpleasant things might follow.

True, but our right to protest is almost completely gone already--expect that civil llberty to die completely in the next couple of years. A plumber's right to choose his or her clients may also die on the altar of equal rights.

It forces the politician to go on record -exposed.

I love the idea but unfortunately I am quite jaded with our election “irregularities” that allow no confidence in the integrity of our elections so petition or not the criminal politicians proceed to further their own power base with no regard for the wishes or needs of the electorate. I’ll sign the petition but hold little hope.

Expand full comment

It’s hard to disagree but we need to come together and try every angle possible. It’s important this pledge gets moving in a hurry. The only true issue is the media won’t pick it up once it gains momentum. Not sure GTTR or Trust is picking up much steam. We need some mainstream coverage.

all good. plus "i support a constitutional amendment affirming that the constitution is valid under all conditions, emergency or no emergency." it already is, but we need to make that crystal clear.

to steal a phrase or two from the enemy playbook, "A key driver is the media, and the economics follow the hype. We need to use that hype to our advantage to get to the real issues."

A short clip of Tucker Carlson gives me hope that the approach that you advocate may soon attract audiences formerly hostile to the message. Tucker may or may not be everyone's cup of tea, but in that short video from his Fox news channel program, he openly talks about subjects that had for many months been verboten, subjects like recent research that the so-called vaccines were far from the panacea that was originally promised the public. The statistic that most raised my eyebrows was, a country beyond America's shores appears to show that those 80+ years of age carried twice the risk of all-cause mortality if they had been vaccinated compared to those who had remained unvaccinated and simply taken their chances with covid.

This, a few days ago. Not being a cable subscriber, my chances of finding that clip are rather slim. Others who have seen that clip, please chime in. That might be the mainstream clip that starts to crack open the floodgates.
