The second part of the hearing is so important. Without listening to it, one could not imagine how far they went in slandering you. And then in the end, to revoke most of the baseless accusations -and to try to keep your attorney from even talking about them in the hearing - after they have served the purpose of convincing the Board that you are "disruptive" and unhinged... I cannot believe that they actually had you checked for mental health. Even if you explained well how this was the one and only angle from which they were able to immediately suspend your licence, it is consoling that doing this was simply necessary to them, for a pragmatic purpose. - When will the next part of the hearing take place? Good luck as deserved and thank you for having upheld your values and treated patients, I hope you can return to practicing your profession soon.
