His original plan was to be there every year from October or November thru April and go to other places (like back to the US) during the hot/humid time of year there, but that's changed the last couple of years and he's been there year round. He has friends in PV which keep him there, but he's starting to consider other areas in the country that are higher elevation that would have milder summers, like Oaxaca. I'm glad he's relatively happy with being there, but I don't think it's for me. Yet.
