NOT just ordinary criminals, but mass death, bio warfare criminals, [and their supporting pimps!] They all should be hung, in public, (after a fair trial!)
Of course I could be completely wrong, but it sounds to me like the NIH capitulated because the plaintiffs' aren't asking for the right documents, the most damning documents, and the release of the documents the plaintiffs' are asking for, upon NIH's review, were determined will do little or no harm to "vaccine" devotion, etc. It appears there's something the plaintiffs' aren't seeing and/or are missing.
But, needless to say, the NIH is going to withhold whatever they can get away with withholding, including the most damning evidence against them. So, at minimum, this is a whitewash and a transparent attempt on the part of the government to make themselves look "fair and reasonable"; when, in-truth, they are anything but. If there is something being hidden that the plaintiffs' failed to FOIA request, I hope they figure out what it is and re-petition the court to have it provided to them.
Perhaps the NIH is beginning to understand their house of cards is collapsing. The public has rejected the boosters on a large scale suggesting that truth has arrived and there is little point to stonewalling. Perhaps they hope that Congress not start investigating them.
Every disclosure can lead to more even with redactions. A bit of transparency might stop the continued push to see under the tent.
At least a little of optimism; all those malcontents send the negative energy to the UNIVERSE. CHD will defeat not so big Big Pharma & Co. with a little help of good people!
While this is good news, it’s also incomprehensible that the judge would grant NIH their request for a one month extension for the release of information—which is available for release, instantly. And still, no mention of any internal investigations of the NIH. And nobody’s being fired or brought up on charges. And no mention or recommendation to create independent Nuremberg-style courts and investigative offices to examine & secure evidence, then begin hearings & trials of the entire Justice & State Department, FBI, CDC, FDA, all the Senators, the AG, the President and all of their Security Briefers—just to get started, which is absolutely necessary to open up this can of shit under full sunlight. The public deserves better, expedited action at this point, and is legally entitled to it. Instead, it’s moving and functioning exactly like the 9/11 sweep & clean investigations. Stonewalling doesn’t come close to describing this intentionally-slow, inadequate process.
I think the tide is turning. I’ve made it a habit of mine to let random people know I’m a healthcare professional who got laid off due to the Vax mandate (when I can work it into the convo, of course) and strangers are staring to respond differently. Before they would just stare at me, doe eyed, but now they are like “yeah, my so and so got sick after the vax” or “my clients are coming in in wheelchairs”. I’m not happy to hear this devastating news, it truly saddens me, but it signals this is becoming common knowledge. Lawsuits like these are necessary to keep people talking.
I hate to be cynical, but the chances of them, revealing all the emails is slim to none and slim is out of town
Thank you for stating the obvious. There will be no justice as long as these criminals continue their reign.
I am in the never trust ever camp.
Is that because Big Pharma's have paid over 5 Billion++ in fruad fines?
Probably burn the good stuff and hand over the rest....
It will all come severely redacted.
Exactly. Anyone who trusts any of these criminal organizations is insane.

Thank you CHD!
I wonder how badly they will redact the information forwarded and how many of the really bad documents will be destroyed???

THANK YOU. When I saw that the NIH had change is it's mind, I immediately said Hold It. Something else is happening.

I meant hope not home. Autoincorrect.
I really hate that auto correct, makes us sound like idiots, lol 😆.
A priest, a monk and a rabbit walk into a bar. "What'll ya have?" asks the bartender.
"I don't know" says the rabbit. "I'm only here because of autocorrect".
Perhaps a little justice can prevail

Afraid of a Court battle they could lose?
They won’t lose. They own the courts and the police and every judge.
Usually, but imperative to try. Cynics never win battles!
No? I think they do
You and I just choose a different way to battle my sister.
I do not believe we can trust anything coming out of the NIH. Their reports with be altered, no doubt.
Great news! Now let's home that its not 90% "redacted" for BS reasons.
Good news!
The Judge gave them more time after all this time, there's your answer, no chance.
I agree with even the seemingly contradictory comments..yes the corruption of the agencies
paid to protect our rights may 'win' all the noticeable and superficial 'battles' but no one
benefits if we open our arms to that. Sometimes standing on principle and standing firm
has long range benefits.
