That usage of terms should have provided sufficient and logical clarification. But, you seem to have an axe to grind, in my opinion---tipped off immediately (I think) by the manner in which you essentially repeated my first two sentences.

Another teacher recognized that I was struggling with a particular student and that I was unsettled by this. She reassured me that when you have a troublesome student, most likely they are a difficulty for every teacher that has that student in their class.
