When government takes all the risk, that means the public takes the risk. If the "vaccines" fail or are harmful, we the people are stuck with that and cannot sue the government. If this turns out to be a financial risk, it is still once again stuck to the taxpayers via taxes or other means such as inflation etc. At this point non of us should pay taxes. Taxes seem to fund private benefit and not citizen benefit.
