I pray this works to reinstate religious exemptions in Maine. NY is another state where this needs to happen. If Maine reinstates, that is good news not just for Maine, but it sets precidence for other states that need to reinstate this, too.

What is up with NY and the Governor demanding a concentration camp be built? Who votes for these people? Or did anyone vote for her? She looks like she died and Satan brought her back lol.

No matter what decisions are made, I have no intention of abiding by any decision that attempts to force me to take a substance against my will “for the greater good”. If I have to go door to door up and down my road to find out who is for or against such a thing, then I will do so. Our national power doesn’t start with a well-orchestrated scare campaign by a profiteering few and their willing drones, it starts with the assumption that folks can think for themselves in these matters. Put into a different light, I would not assume that my neighbor would take the same medication as I do for myself nor would I force him or her to do so. I would also not force him or her to do so for my sake in a life or death situation. I would not force my religion upon him or her, if heaven or hell was at stake (and I believe that it is, by the way) because that gave us the Inquisition. This applies to the subject at hand, by the way, because minus unblemished empirical evidence it indeed qualifies as a religion!

I sincerely want you to achieve success.

Unfortunately, there has not been enough pain, suffering, disability and death visited upon the legislators, their family members, and friends to make this a reality.

Regardless of how much pain, suffering, disability and death is visited upon them, they will cling to their 'innocence' regarding their complicity in the events of these past few years.

What remains to be seen is how very short the memory of the 'average' American is.

I expect it is very short.

The perpetrators of this can do whatever they want. No consequences. A very sad commentary on the country founded as a Constitutional Republic.

A very good assessment! Nothing works with “legislators” like having them or their loved ones share in the misfortune that they pontificate.

Although exemptions might be a way to avoid coercion in the short term, the real issue is that mandates are a violation of individual rights. The mandates, themselves, must be made explicitly illegal on those terms. I realize that such a step might be too big all at once, but any testimony should include such a statement as a fundamental support to help bring it to the table in the future.

I don't know why we're still begging for the restoration of exemptions. We shouldn't even be talking about "exemptions"--we should be talking about eliminating mandates entirely. To argue that you want an exemption to avoid the jab is to concede that the government has the right to require it in the first place.

She is a nutcase for sure. Even if every single person outside NYC voted for her, the rest of NY is too small population wise to beat NYC. This is also why the electoral college is soooooo important. The whole country would be screwed by a few major cities.

It is my understanding our Amish communities do not partake in any vaccinations, is that correct?

To me, that constitutes a refusal or religious exemption.

In this crazy world of self-identifying, should the legislature not reinstate religious exemption, do we need to identify as Amish?

Gratitude to Dr. Nass for her knowledge and persistence to end this madness!

An Amish school was told to vaxx in NY and lost a lawsuit there a couple of years ago. These are bad times for the rule of law

So many areas where "timing" is suspect, no?
