They even arrested sone Amish Farmers in America for selling raw milk, vegetables and meat on their farm that was not properly inspected by the FDA!!! IMHO that is what I think all this brooohaha is about along with them really wanting to start another pandemic over something, anything they can come up with!!! My presumption was the "maximum profit" case with animals concentrated (small space) IOW close proximity but enough room for birds to enter. Further presuming (GMO) corn as food (attracts birds), the dairy cows' immune system is more compromised (due to lifetime lactation) than the immune system of those for beef.
