Meryl Nass says the next pandemic will see the rise of a centralized authority with unprecedented powers. She has the documents to prove it.

Meryl Nass, MD lives in a modest but comfortable house on a pleasant street in the working class town of Ellsworth, ME. Potatoes, kale, scallions and onions grow in a garden in her front yard. When I and our friend and frequent collaborator, Josh Mitteldorf, PhD, pulled into her driveway last week she welcomed us with hugs and a small container to pick the blueberries growing on the side of her driveway

Her house is inconspicuous, that is, except for a large banner in support of Robert F. Kennedy’s bid for the White House in 2024, which she keeps chained and padlocked to the fence around her garden. Such is the nature of politics right now.

I asked her if her neighbors knew who she was and what she did. 

“Maybe some do. I have no idea,” she shrugged.

Three years ago I had never heard of Meryl Nass. Then I watched Mikki Willis’ movie, “Plandemic 2: Indoctornation”. David Martin, PhD, was the central character who pointed out a number of extremely suspicious series of patent filings around Covid-19 test kits and the virus itself. It is illegal to patent nature. Either laws are being broken or the virus itself is not natural…

Willis also interviewed Nass in the film. Her comments on SARS-COV2, the virus that purportedly jumped from bat to human in a wet market in Wuhan, China that led to a pandemic were intriguing. We knew that it couldn’t have come from a virology lab a few miles away from ground zero. It was proven in a correspondence letter in Nature Medicine by Scripps Institute virologist, Kristian Anderson and a cadre of experts that I had never heard of.

Willis asked her why she didn’t believe the expert authors. She replied that their arguments were illogical, and that experts of their caliber wouldn’t have made that kind of mistake. She didn’t go any further. It was a cliffhanger, and I wanted to know more.

A mutual friend introduced me to her via email. Three years later, the authors of the infamous “Anderson Paper” are being cross-examined in open Congressional hearings, the world has generally abandoned the wet market hypothesis and Meryl and I are now friends.

Why did it take so long for the medical community to open its eyes? What other lies are being told by trusted institutions and governmental talking heads? How are we supposed to know what the heck is really going on? How can we get more people interested in what is happening behind the scenes?

These were some of the central questions I and our friend, astrophysicist and anti-aging expert, Josh Mitteldorf, PhD, discussed with Nass in person last week during our three day visit to her corner of Maine.

Dr. Nass was an important voice then, as she is today. She was the first person to demonstrate that an epidemic could be proven to be man-made. Thirty years ago she proved that an anthrax epidemic in Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) that occurred in 1978 arose from “unnatural” causes.

Nass gained widespread recognition for creating a methodology that could distinguish between natural epidemics and biological warfare events. She is considered an expert on anthrax, the anthrax vaccine and bioterrorism. She has given congressional testimony on these topics a half dozen times. Her voice right now is particularly meaningful and, to some interests, threatening.

Her on-going battle with the Board of Medicine in Maine

Unlike other experts who disagree with the management of the pandemic response but remained silent out of fear of retribution, Meryl Nass has never hesitated to speak her mind.

She made national attention last year when the Maine Board of Medicine suspended her medical license for spreading Covid “misinformation”, deliberately “lying” to a pharmacist regarding her patient’s diagnosis and “inappropriately” treating the patient with Hydroxychloroquine.

Beyond stripping her of her ability to practice medicine without a hearing, the Board of Medicine in Maine ordered that she undergo neuropsychologic testing to determine whether or not she had lost her marbles. Sane people never disagree with scientific consensus, right?

Hit pieces on this doctor from the small town of Ellsworth erupted around the country (just type “Meryl Nass” in your browser and see what comes up). A physician was questioning the pandemic response? She lied to a pharmacist so that she could treat a Covid-19 case with a cheap, licensed medication? The nerve of a doctor who thinks that they can treat Covid-19 as an outpatient! 

Why didn’t she do what doctors are expected to do and let her patient languish at home until they turned blue so that they would end up in a hospital where appropriate treatment with remdesivir and mechanical ventilation could be administered? She cannot get away with this!

Obviously, the Board’s case against Nass was frivolous. You can say anything you want in this country. There’s something called the Constitution that grants freedom of speech to all members of society, even doctors with an impeccable, four decade long history of competent and compassionate care.

But she lied to a pharmacist! Don’t they have the right to know the truth?

No they don’t. It’s called patient-doctor confidentiality. Would you want your local pharmacist to know that the penicillin prescription written for you was for syphilis?

Furthermore, when pharmacists were refusing to dispense early treatment medications for Covid from 2020 onward AND reporting the prescribing physician to their state boards of medicine they were acting outside their professional capacity and doing the bidding of the Federation of the State Medical Boards, a non-profit organization that does not have the authority to dictate standard of care.

But doctors can’t prescribe hydroxychloroquine for Covid!

Yes, they can. HCQ is a fully licensed drug. It is used for malaria, rheumatoid arthritis and lupus among other things. None of that matters. A doctor can prescribe it for anything from indigestion to bipolar disorder if they wanted to. It’s called off-label use. Anywhere between 20-50% of prescriptions are for off-label use.

You don’t have to agree with all the studies that demonstrate HCQ’s effectiveness against Covid to know that the medicine has a 70 year long track record of safety if dosed correctly. What kind of system would punish doctors for trying a safe therapy at a time when none existed?

It is true that Dr. Nass told a pharmacist that the HCQ she prescribed for her patient was for Lyme disease, not Covid. It was the only way her patient would be given the medicine. It worked. He got the medicine and eventually recovered. 

But rather than keeping her mouth shut and continuing to circumvent the extraordinarily damaging policy of restricting physicians of their ability to treat Covid in the middle of a pandemic, Nass immediately informed the Board of Medicine in Maine of what she did.

Doctors should never have to lie to do their job. She refused to do it again. She demanded an end to limits placed on the prescriptive power of doctors and any third party interference into the doctor-patient relationship. 

Nass knew her complaints would fall on deaf ears and that she would bear the full brunt of a medical establishment that was already well on its way off the rails. She was speaking out on behalf of all doctors, even those that disagreed with her. She was willing to take it on the chin for the rest of us. Every physician in the US who is interested in holding on to what autonomy they still have should be voicing their support for her.

In addition to bringing these unjust charges, the Maine medical board broke its own policies by calling an “expert” witness on their behalf who neither holds a medical license in the state, nor could be considered a peer. Dr. Jeremy Faust is an ER doctor in Massachusetts, not an internist in Maine. Neither is Faust qualified to offer expert opinion on the numerous studies that examined HCQ against Covid. 

Nevertheless, Faust testified that Nass inappropriately treated her patient with HCQ, a medicine that he believes is useless against Covid and thereby subjected the patient to unnecessary harm. For his services the Board paid him $500 an hour, well in excess of the maximum of $175/hr allowable under their own policy.

Faust’s feeble attempts to make his ideations sound like expert opinion were almost comical, especially when contrasted with testimony offered by Nass’s own expert witness, Harvey Risch, MD, PhD, who testified in support of her clinical judgment. 

Why couldn’t the Board of Medicine find a single primary care physician in Maine who was willing to testify on their behalf? Instead they relied on a relatively junior doctor with no relevant qualifications from out of their state. Faust also happens to be the Editor-in-Chief of a widely read online publication, “MedPage Today” who frames Nass’s fight for physician autonomy and patients’ right to safe treatment in rather different terms.

Nineteen months later, the case against Nass is still left to be adjudicated.

Last week Dr. Nass and her attorney, Gene Libby, filed a complaint against the board of medicine, seeking relief for the Board’s retaliatory conduct in violation of her rights under the First amendment of the Constitution as well as punitive damages.

Where are we headed?

While finalizing her legal complaint and giving a series of interviews around it, Meryl cooked for us, showed us around Acadia National Park and sought our opinions on how to mobilize a coordinated response to the planned takeover of medicine, public health and sovereignty of our nation. That’s the kind of human being she is.

We may not have been the trio best suited to solve these issues facing humanity, but someone has to start somewhere.

Meryl was the expert on pandemics, educating us on details around the fraudulent HCQ trials used to discredit the medicine against Covid, the genetic evidence that best demonstrates gain-of-function and the key voices that coordinate behind the scenes to create the illusion of expert consensus.

Josh Mittledorf is an astrophysicist who co-authored a wonderful book, “Cracking the Aging Code” with Dorian Sagan, son of another astrophysicist, Carl Sagan and a biologist/geneticist/zoologist, Lynne Margulis. 

And I’m an anesthesiologist, someone trained in putting people to sleep at a time when we are trying to wake people up, ironically.

We shared the same basic view. There has been a coordinated effort to weaken the world’s population, to distract us, to indoctrinate us into adopting policies that do not serve our best interest. This plan has been in place for decades, if not longer. How should we proceed?

Josh was often absorbed with identifying who the real perpetrators were and why they were doing what they were doing. It was inconceivable to him that such evil was possible, even within the realm of human psychopathy. 

I don’t think we will ever know the identities of those who are behind all this with any certainty. Yet we can still have 100% confidence that we have been lied to by trusted agencies and corporate media. Convincing others of this should be our goal. 

Meryl was extremely practical, focusing on what could be known, what could be done and leaving the rest for time to tell.

As the world rubs their eyes and breathes a long sigh of relief after three years of lockdowns, vaccine mandates, travel restrictions and casualties from the disease and its treatment, Nass juggles commitments and writes with an increased sense of urgency.

During our visit Meryl was putting the final touches on a 6000 word manifesto, “The W.H.O. 's Proposed Amendments will increase Man-Made Pandemics”.

Yes. She means exactly what she writes in the title. Could a global health organization actually be orchestrating global health disasters? Read it for yourself. It was published with the Brownstone Institute here. It is an important essay that is loaded with historical context and citations.

• Nations are supposed to use “existing relevant models” as a reference for compensation of injuries due to pandemic vaccines. Of course, most countries do not have vaccine injury compensation schemes, and when they do the benefits are usually minimal.

Nass is able to connect the dots better than anyone out there. She recently formed a non-profit organization, “Door to Freedom” that brings together the most accurate information around the WHO’s effort to take over the management of public health emergencies through the ratification of two documents: a Pandemic Treaty and amendments to its existing International Health Regulations. She is largely funding the effort herself through paid subscriptions to her substack. 

As she has been saying publicly for some time, if you believe that unseen forces are guiding the world into a totalitarian state it is most likely going to occur through the W.H.O. using emergency powers that are presently being crafted in the treaty and regulations above. 

I believe her, and I feel that generating interest in this issue will be a challenge. Most of my medical colleagues still believe that our agencies of public health did an admirable job and they would have had more success if it weren’t for the skeptics and anti-vaxxers. If they maintain that the Covid mRNA shots are safe and effective, how are we going to convince them that the World Health Organization is the mechanism for establishing totalitarianism on a planetary scale? 

There is no way to prove anything to someone who cannot accept the evidence if it leads to something inconceivable to them.

Josh summed it up well: the biggest damage is not being done to our ecosystems, climate or even our health. It’s our ability to make sense of what is going on that has suffered the most. If it doesn’t get restored soon we will never be able to liberate ourselves.

I agree with him. We are a species that has become dependent on trust. Complete trust in religious doctrine and figureheads for fifteen centuries gave way to complete trust in “the science”. We may excuse the layperson for deferring to the experts, but why aren’t the experts saying anything? Surely they must see what is transpiring? Are they too afraid to speak up? Or are they entirely consumed in herd mentality?

The media, educational institutions, editorial boards of scientific publications and government are all controlled by corporate interests to some extent. But the highest court in the land is still the court of public opinion.

This is why voices like Nass’s are so valuable and rare. She is an expert who sits outside the ivory towers of academia and corporate-controlled health agencies. By suspending her license to practice medicine the Maine Board of Medicine has unwittingly created an even more powerful adversary. Meryl Nass has nothing to lose.
