My Constitutional refresher course for today. Looking at it, it mostly says, "Congress shall make no laws" That kind of gives the internet and media free reign to censor all they want. My personal belief is that there should be more language in the Constitution restricting censorship, and encouraging free speech. Reading the Bill of Rights, it illustrates that the rights of the Jan 6 protestors are definitely being violated, a decent judge should order them all released as a remedy to their rights being gravely violated.
There should never have been any law restricting any choice with the actor suffering all consequences. That was the essence of the free market that was murdered in the early 19th century.
