Is there really any mystery? Either the monkeypox vaccine contains the same poisons as the covid shots, so they need to poison more of us useless eaters, or there is a bloody fortune to be made by selling the poisons to the government (apparently the only buyer) and they simply cannot ignore those potential profits. This is one example of a VAERS Report because "incorrect route of product administration".
All issues with product administration must be reported, and for some crazy reason are being sent to VAERS--probably to contaminate the overall reporting system with useless info.
