FDA officials say PRISM’s capabilities have been incorporated into BEST, but there appears to be some debate between the vaccine safety experts, at least at the time of this article, as to whether BEST was as good as the PRISM system.
The most recent BEST initiative study, protocol posted on 1/21/23, on covid vaccine adverse events still only covers 15 pre specified adverse events of special concern!
Here are papers on covid vaccine safety co-written by the FDA’s CBER’s Dr Foreshee, so you can see what they cover and where he pulls his data from. I believe his name was on the ACIP schedule to speak about the covid vaccines last week.
If, by the CDC’s own protocol, over 700 adverse events identified in VAERS meet the definition of a safety signal, why in the world isn’t the BEST system being used to monitor more than 15 adverse events?

This is great info and everyone injured should try to be compensated and heard.
My understanding is Pharma is covered well civilly but not Criminally. They killed, they now they killed and they liked it. That is not legal anywhere I know of.
It was never about health, The Powers That Should Not Be were always, from the get go about they want you DEAD or a SLAVE. A hard truth to swallow but one that must be accepted in order to RESIST AND NOT COMPLY!

I missed this when you first published it so thanks for the repost. It is beyond staggering what they have thus far gotten away with and this article gives lots of particulars.
With TPTB pushing MRNA vaccines for everything now, I will NEVER take another vaccine. The evil behind this is incredible. What a sad time for America!
But, isn't a fundamental basis of issuing an EUA, is that no alternative is available and, therefore, when Comirnaty and Spikevax were licensed, the EUA should have automatically lapsed?
Good to know there may be away for the jab injured to seek compensation, but I think that when the truth comes out there will be no way for those responsible for the horrendous crimes to not have to pay for what they have done, I mean how can insane criminals hide from justice for mass murder and crippling not to mention the theft of billions of tax payers money. And what just ride off into the sunset and enjoy the insane wealth stolen from the population and the mass killing just because they made rules or laws or what ever to protect themselves from being held liable for insane crimes against humanity? That is just their insanity trying to escape mass murder charges. How can a sane person think to escape prosecution just because of made up laws, oh right they are insane. No they must be made to pay period.
I can't speak for the rest of the country but we have given Comirnaty in TN. At least, that's what the package insert and the vial said. Just putting in my 2 cents.
I have the package insert. Kept it just in case I ever "needed it". BTW, these were not injections for the military. I probably shouldn't say much more, never know who monitors these threads, right?
