Now he's supposedly made an "about-face" (though he hasn't admitted any wrong---just claims that he doesn't know what happened, that his fax machine was never turned off and that he should have received the faxes, at least two or three faxes that I and my PCP faxed him); is "offering me another apartment"; claims, I believe phonily, that he believes that I would be "a good, and 'interesting', addition to the complex"; and he falsely thinks he's fooling me with this sudden about-face. I believe he's hoping I will either turn down the offer of the apartment unit, or that he will pull something like before in order to again fraudulently claim that I didn't live up to my side of the responsibility (when I'm a stickler for being completely responsible about such things, and for getting things right without delay). If he's not up to that, what is he up to? Is he trying to help my present Ashkenazim apartment management get rid of me, and then once I moved in to the new place, some kind of action will be taken against me (because it's easier to get away with doing it there than here)? I can see right through such people, but I wish I could also discern, all the time, all of what they're up to.

All I, as a lawyer, can say is that there is no working rule of law any more. I've been looking at WHO goings on as a member of a group of lawyers opposing WHO proposals and they, as in your case, have just ignored legal niceties in allegedly approving minor things like the International Health Regulations that apply to some 70 or 80 member states and affect the lives of millions of people internationally. They just don't bother with what the law says they have to do. In your case I'm not clear about why they are talking about your punishment at this late date -- I thought that had been meted out before you you just had to satisfy the requirements they specified at the last hearing for having your license reinstated. I was on for the live action and could't figure out what they were up to. But we aren't meant to be able to verify the legality of actions against us any more. I think that was my slap in the face to really just how far gone they really are and the harm their ignorance could do to me.
I got a call yesterday from an apartment manager of a place I wanted to move to two and a half years ago, but was burned by him and prevented from moving in after I'd already been accepted (because he lied and claimed that he didn't get a fax that both my PCP and myself faxed to him without fail, and we supposedly didn't meet an arbitrary deadline). Now he's supposedly made an "about-face" (though he hasn't admitted any wrong---just claims that he doesn't know what happened, that his fax machine was never turned off and that he should have received the faxes, at least two or three faxes that I and my PCP faxed him); is "offering me another apartment"; claims, I believe phonily, that he believes that I would be "a good, and 'interesting', addition to the complex"; and he falsely thinks he's fooling me with this sudden about-face. I believe he's hoping I will either turn down the offer of the apartment unit, or that he will pull something like before in order to again fraudulently claim that I didn't live up to my side of the responsibility (when I'm a stickler for being completely responsible about such things, and for getting things right without delay). If he's not up to that, what is he up to? Is he trying to help my present Ashkenazim apartment management get rid of me, and then once I moved in to the new place, some kind of action will be taken against me (because it's easier to get away with doing it there than here)? I can see right through such people, but I wish I could also discern, all the time, all of what they're up to.
Anyway, I bring this up as an example of how evil random people are getting to be. It always reminds me of the great sixties song that goes, "Sign, sign, everywhere a sign, blocking out the scenery, changin' my mind, do this, don't do that, can't you read the sign(?)"; and/or another one that goes, "Oh the (evil) games people play, Lord; every night and every day, Lord; never meaning what they say, Lord; never saying what they mean; Wo-ah...."! So, I'm playing along right now to as quickly as possible see where this is going, or if it is going anywhere (or if I'm going anywhere). I told him I don't trust anyone anymore, especially subsidized housing managers and owners, and he claimed he doesn't trust anyone either. Uh, huh, and I'm completely stupid, and though I've been around the block quite a few times, I'm going to fall for this crap. What else might be going on behind the scenes? Is it to entrap me somehow and like I "violated the law" by not reporting something I was legally required to report, etc.? Is he and/or his bosses seeking to get back at me for calling them on their evil violations of law the first time around? Maybe he and/or they enjoy making me squirm, enjoy discriminating against me, and enjoy getting away with doing so and exacerbating my serious physical disabilities, making my disabilities worse and enjoying my suffering (like my present racist---against "goy", aka non-Jews---apartment management are)? What is really going on? Are they for real, or is all of this an elaborate setup?

All I, as a lawyer, can say is that there is no working rule of law any more. I've been looking at WHO goings on as a member of a group of lawyers opposing WHO proposals and they, as in your case, have just ignored legal niceties in allegedly approving minor things like the International Health Regulations that apply to some 70 or 80 member states and affect the lives of millions of people internationally. They just don't bother with what the law says they have to do. In your case I'm not clear about why they are talking about your punishment at this late date -- I thought that had been meted out before you you just had to satisfy the requirements they specified at the last hearing for having your license reinstated. I was on for the live action and could't figure out what they were up to. But we aren't meant to be able to verify the legality of actions against us any more. We have to fight tooth and nail for everything we used to have it seems -- for simple Constitutional rights we used to have.
You do realise that the WHO .. UN... Gavi Foundation ...WEF all keep their headquarters in the same place.. the same country... Geneva Switzerland... for a reason... it’s a neutral territory and gives its companies registered with them ...full diplomatic immunity... or do you?
The bigger problem seems to be that the FSMB who regulate the entire USA medical licence board...operates from Texas and receive huge funding from people operating from Switzerland... The senate know this is going on.. and are the only people who can make laws to stop it.
Could they possibly make this abuse of power more egregious?

Doctor Nass, the kangaroo court is a rigged process, and I am sure they will not give you your license back. This is after all a worldwide conspiracy that would have to include every branch of government. I wanted to make you aware of something you may not know, and it is this. In the state of Texas there is a building that houses a group that was formed in 1913 by who knows who, funded by no one knows, and is not a state government agency nor a federal agency, and yet controls every state medical board. Most Doctors are not even aware that this nefarious group exists at all. The Federation of state medical boards is the name of this group. Have you ever come across this name before? This is I am sure the group who dictated your state board to bludgeon you for doing what Doctors are supposed to do and that is heal. This group actually dictates what all the state boards do! How can this be so when they are a secret society that no one knows who started it or funds it, and is not an agency of any government? Just wanted you to know in case you were not familiar, Jack.
