I have an off topic question so forgive me if this is inappropriate and I'm not even sure you can answer my question. I've been thinking about how these deadly pathogens are getting out of what I assume are highly secure labs. With respect to the anthrax attacks in 2001, what would be involved in stealing anthrax from a secure lab, putting it in envelopes and then mailing this stuff? How would somebody do that and not kill themselves in the process? It's not like you can walk down the street in a hazmat suit and mail a letter. Has this ever been discussed anywhere?
