Somehow I think CHD is going to be doing all the heavy lifting on the lawsuit front or be out there largely by themselves. Where are the tens of thousands of "fearless" trial lawyers who are quick to sue a trucking company when an 18-wheeler kills someone or who is filing all those asbestos suits? There would be strength in numbers if many suits were being filed on the behalf of many injured plaintiffs. It's the same with mainstream journalism. If one mainstream media news organization actually commissioned a real investigation of some Covid topic then maybe all their fellow "pack members" might lend a hand and start doing their own investigations as well. If this happened, the guilty would be facing investigations on multiple fronts being conducted by a small army of people/firms looking for the truth. Of course, this won't happen because nobody will break-away form the pack and do their jobs.
Dr. Ryan Cole said on CHD this week that while the manufacturer has liability protection, the people that administer the shots don't. He said that's because people administering the shots aren't offering informed consent .He said people should sue their MDs. Is CHD involved in any lawsuits based on this premise?
The law and the declarations by the HHS Secretary (who just got Covid again) give a liability shield to everyone involved in the vaccinations: truckers carrying vaccine, owners of clinic buildings, medical providers and even government planner who planned the vaccine program. I sure hope that fraud will be proven and will overturn this excessively broad liability shield. So far that has not happened.
... And didn't this HHS secretary "test positive" TWICE ... in 30 days!? Doesn't or couldn't this provide compelling evidence that the risk of re-infection is much greater in the vaccinated? The head of the entire U.S. government health system now has personal evidence of this.
Student athletes could sue their schools, colleges or athletic conferences? What about people suing for economic harm caused by being fired, dismissed or your business or place of work being shut down by the lockdowns?
People need to uncover where the money changed hands that led to so many colleges imposing mandates, and retaining them despite the lack of any benefit. Were universities, like public schools, given federal funds conditional on imposing mandates? Guys, get digging!
I'm sure you've read RFK, Jr's book. The colleges - especially any that get research grant $ - are as "thick as thieves" with drug-approval and vaccine cartel. But everyone of these colleges must have one or two contrarian research faculty member "scientists" who know - or had reasons to believe - that these vaccines were dangerous and/or "not effective." I've even argued that statistics professors in the Schools of Commerce could provide statistical data that conclusively proved healthy 18 to 22 year-olds had no risk of severe outcomes or death from Covid. Forget the virologist and epidemiologists, where are the statistics professors. I mean, why do students study probabilities if we can't use them in the real world?
