My Maine BOLIM hearing will conclude in 10 days, on September 19
This is why I state that my license was suspended illegally by the Board
Note the first sentence of this Maine statute: “ …the board …shall treat as an emergency a complaint or allegation that an individual licensed under this chapter is or may be unable to practice medicine with reasonable skill and safety to patients by reason of mental illness, alcohol intemperance, excessive use of drugs, narcotics or as a result of a mental of physical condition interfering with the competent practice of medicine.”
The problem for the board is that nobody alleged I was “unable to practice medicine with reasonable skill and safety to patients by reason of…” any of the listed conditions. I don’t have any of them, never have, and no one has ever complained or alleged to the board that I do. Nor have any allegations been made to the board that patients were in imminent danger.
We will see what the board does with this tar baby case for them, and then we will see what judge Jon Levy does with my lawsuit against the board.
Dearest Dr. Nass ~ sending you much love, prayer and gratitude for all that you do ~ from 8,000 in a Costa Rican cloud forest.

Illegal? Sure, you bet. As if they give a shit about legalities and other such trivial matters. They make a mockery of the law. These people will stop at nothing to discredit anyone not supporting the narrative, despite all of the evidence to the contrary. So sorry you're having to endure this wagonload of BS.
