I don't think IVM and HCQ would have been enough to stop EUA of the Vax. After all, you would have needed proof in the form of a RCT to show they work and then approve them for use before the EUA for vax was issued in Dec 2020
I think the question is why didn't the DoD /DTRA through its DOMANE program identify and fund trials for early use of IVM AND HCQ. They did fund an HCQ trial but that was for hospitalized COVID patients.

They DO prevent the issuance of an EUA.
They also appear to prove the apparent occurrence of a crime and subsequent criminal collusion that not only resulted in the promulgation of Unlawful EUAs, but the criminal conspiracy to continue to preserve, extend and operate the lawless EUAs promulgated that are apparently void on their face, and perhaps, in some instances, may also have done so for institutional, professional and/or personal financial gain.

The subject EUAs may indeed be void on their face. If so, they always were and were never lawful or lawfully in force, and therefore never were and never will be anything more than evidence of a crime.

I’ve been following the narratives and researching information about the Covid pandemic backstory for 3 years. I still find it is complex, confusing, and has layers upon layers of threads. My personal opinion, for what that is worth, is that Satan and his minions are the organizing principles behind so many evil people and their part in this century old story of taking down America while propagating evil.
So in a nutshell ... no one should trust the DOD... or any other three letter agency when it comes to HEALTH... the whole infrastructure should be dismantled top down... rebuild a new and robust healthcare that does not listen to big pharmaceuticals... nor military and is only governed by government...
