No one should be forced to take any direction or law or instruction from Amy institution or person that has conflicts of interest no matter what the circumstances. We don’t want such a deal for the world as a whole. When the medical tyranny goes, the corporate and fascist tyranny has to go also, otherwise the change will only be cosmetic.
Re getting rid of "Royalty payments to government employees and agencies," in the private sector, employees almost never receive royalties from patents, nor do the divisions of the corporation in which they work. The corporation as a whole owns the patents and receives the royalties. The general fund of the federal government should receive all patent royalties for patents developed by its employees.
An interesting aside from "The Wizard of Oz," is that when the group first encountered the Wizard, he sent them on a mission to confront the real power in Oz, an authority he himself did not have the power to confront. Only after they defeated the real power behind the Empire were they able to go back to the Emerald City and again petition the Wiz. Even then, the Wiz had no real power to help them; the power had always lain in themselves.
This is the best synopsis of what is needed that I've read. The point about violence; I've wondered about the manifestation of that violence when it does erupt. TPTB will do all they can to direct blame away from themselves when the crap gets real and they are faced with potential justice. This is a very dangerous situation. Your proposals address both establishing a society in which these crimes cannot recur, and dealing with the existing criminals. Six U.S. States have laws allowing Citizen Grand Juries to be formed by groups of citizens: Kansas, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota and Oklahoma.
No doubt there are many Frankenshot victims in those states. Murder charges should be brought by Citizen Grand Juries in those states. Even if the ultimate verdict is innocent, the discovery process will uncover essential truth. Also many such cases should be brought, one for each murder. The only way to stop the tyranny is to start at the local level. The Federal government is hopelessly or nearly hopelessly corrupt.
To this talk, I would add one other critical thing: "Build and maintain a robust and credible alternative media to report on drug regulation and lawmaking." We got here because corporate media sold out to big pharma and the CIA and gave up its duty of speaking truth to power in the public interest. Increasingly, Google is burying CHD and vaccine-critical sites in its search results.

I propose a professional looking Certificate that contains the Hippocratic Oath and relevant patient advocacy statements from other Nuremberg, Helsinki Declaration etc that is posted to every medical and healthcare provider. It includes say 2 to 5 places at the bottom where the doctor can sign and date indicating the place and date and time that he publicly swore the Hippocratic oath in front of witnesses. Every GOOD doctor will have this on their wall with perhaps their graduation date and the date when they posted their oath taking to their Instagram account proudly displayed on their wall.
NO LAW REQUIRED, just a little bit of typesetting and research and a print run with a well meaning digital print house that will personalise each certificate (and a QR code that links to a central repository where a doctor can upload video clip of them taking the oath).
Every BAD doctor will eventually have a client ask why he has not put up his certificate, if he dissembles the patient can ask for a transfer citing concerns of lack of patient loyalty.
How many practising doctors in the USA? How many GOOD doctors would be offended?

I like the South African model, and the superhuman patience that was demonstrated by Nelson Mandela. I would want to emphasize truth, exposure of all that was done, how it was done, incentivizing people at the middle levels to name those at the top. I would emphasize amnesty. Our goal is to transform the system so this can never happen again. Remove money and power from the sociopaths who created this hell. But the desire for revenge, for punishment of the perps, can get in the way of our other goals. We inadvertently create refugees and martyrs. Full truth and reconciliation. Take power away from those who have abused it. Grow past our anger and our desire for revenge. What do you think?

Too many patients not in tune with their own responsibilities to their bodies.
Too many patients not asking questions and/or knowing the right questions to ask to hold their doctors to account.
