It is crazy that faith thing and how it is impacting so many. 2020 put my faith on steroids. I was a Christian before that but didn't really understand what it meant to trust God. 2020 changed that. This is God's battle.

"Welcome to Flight 2024"

On your right - nuclear Armageddon; on your left, financial meltdown. The captain of the ship - FJB - wishes you a pleasant flight and informs you that we have no landing gear and are running on fumes.

You never cease to amaze me Meryl. This was a shot of inspiration and faith and just what is needed to send us up into Flight 2024. I'm up for it. We came for this. Let's buckle down and do the very best to to co-pilot this flight--going where no man or woman has gone before. I am so grateful for your trail blazing Meryl.

Amen to that. What we need more than anything is inner strength. That comes down from above. Well said.

I cannot disagree more. Anger and negative reactions to crimes and injustice are NORMAL and desired. Americans are always trained to keep smiling, put on a happy face, keep a positive attitude, yada yada yada. NO WONDER the country has become such a hellhole. People simply think it's the right thing to do to look on the bright side and avoid "negative energy" and other hokus-pokus coping mechanisms.

It's way past time to get angry and express it! You can start by lambasting your local health authorities with emails expressing your absolute disgust at the kill-shot mandates.

For those lamenting the Maine Medical Board's deplorable behavior, I am reminded of this line from Helen Reddy's anthem "I Am Woman" "Yes we've paid the price, but look how much we've gained. If I have to , I can do anything."

Instead of a terrific physician treating a few dozen (?) patients, we now have a world renowned leader with 1000 times the health deliverance impact. Symbolically, they picked up a rock to throw, but it landed with a thud on their feet. Ouch!

Yes! I also found myself thinking a lot about faith during the pandemic BS. I relied on it when I would see people walking around with masks hiding their beautiful faces and heard some criticizing others who did not get the jab. I also found gratitude that I had been following most of the disinformation dozen long before the cooties crap. I live by having faith and live in gratitude in the present. Brings me peace.

I assert that both Faith and Action are needed! Levity comes along side as we keep our eyes and ears open to discerning the truth from lies. 🙏

Naw, NO silly religious sentimentality is needed or useful here. What everyone had better do is keep alert and keep up the resistance. Otherwise we'll all be assimilated.
