Thank you for posting this!!! The Feds (in the case of Virginia, the state FDA) have raided Amish farms in Virginia, Pennsylvania and Michigan. Low hanging fruit, they know the Amish will not fight back. The Federal goon squad destroyed thousands of dollars of their farm goods - - they must have had fun kicking over milk cartons.

See Joel Saladin's website at Polyface Farm. You do NOT have to let these feds onto your property unless they have a search warrant. You call the police. If they come back with a warrant, you have a lawyer, and videotape everything that goes on. They have NO Constitutional right to enter your property without the warrant --and without proper identification.

Chances are, they are too lazy to jump through the hoops, and will just go to the next farm.

I wrote a letter to the Fauquier County state senator.. when I went out there (I used to live there and my son lives there) after I saw an article in the local Fauquier Paper which stated (and I saved it) which said the CHINA was leasing FARMLAND to install some kind of Electrical grid or Windmill complex.. and when I was out there last month I saw that the southern end of the county which used to have Black Angus Cattle farms were divided into unusual grids.. I will go out there next week.. and get the local paper. I am not surprised. LEASING FARMLAND. which is not the same as "buying it" but they are not using it as farmland.. just tying it up.. You are right. The Amish in that area.. left a long time ago..back to Pennsylvania... they did fight back,, and sold their farmland to local farmers. This was many years ago. Actually it was a Mennonite Community. Very great neighbors.. too.

China has been buying farmland for decades. And no one said a word about it. "You can't stop progress" was what I was told in the 1970's. So. There you have it.

I did not know this! It is treason! Our armforces should not allow by the Biden-Harris administration to sell our country to China! I wonder if Trump would do that?

Something worse is happening in Democrat-dominated Albemarle County. The supervisors signed onto an asinine "climate" program -- they actually joined the Paris Accords in 2019!-- so the planners are doing their own version of the Green New Deal in the county. Large landowners are being allowed, even encouraged, to lease their land to "solar farms" (ie, solar industrial projects). The panels will last about ten years, at the end of which their ownership reverts to the landowners, who will have the responsibility of taking them down piece by piece and not break them -- otherwise cadmium leaches into the ground water. Outside Scottsville they allowed one solar project that is 640 acres, or a mile square. Hail, hard rain, a stray bullet, anything that breaks them, will pollute the ground water.

These projects have been rejected in neighboring Orange and Augusta counties -- both run by Republicans.

Same here, where i live. Under guise of constructing world’s largest h.y.d.r.o facility, they annex huge portions of land.

Look for ‘save E.u.n.g.e.l.l.a.

They may have the right to enter since most of these farmers have USDA and other loans which looks to give some rights to the holder of the loan as to access and inspection. Would be good to get a knowledgeable attorney to review standard loan contracts in these states.

AMEN sister! Same goes for these ranches and farms letting people test their animals. Um. NO. No one has any right to come on my property and begin testing my animals. I'm sick of Americans going along with crap. That's what has brought us to where we are. We MUST start saying no to these monsters.

And yet they're promising 'refugees' land to farm whilst doing their best to destroy current farmers. Very odd.

Couldn't agree more. There is a sinister agenda at work here. Endangered species are pulled up when convenient, but irrelevant when they don't fit the narrative. Eagles and right whales are slaughtered at the altar of the wind boondoggle, while on land the 'cat' may soon be an endangered specie... these attacks on the food supply chain must stop.

Of course this has nothing to do with endangered species - but it would be good to release some on the White House property so we can demand that they curtail all "human" activity occurring in that den of thieves. IMVHO - they are expanding this 30/30 not only because of their death agenda - but they plan to inventory and commoditize every tree, plant, animal, reptile, the water, soil and all natural resources on the property - like with carbon offsets. These will be put on the asset sheets of the federal reserve - which has robbed this country and other countries blind. https://www.scribd.com/document/674750295/Complete-List-of-Rothschild-Owned-and-Controlled-Banks-News-Punch

Remember when "human resources" became "human capital" in corporate filings? Also - how is the government acquiring this land? - one assumes it was private - it would seem that eminent domain could be challenged. Will the jurisdictions (now deprived of any taxes from products and loss of employment) be reimbursed for property taxes. A great deal of problems in this country stem from tax-exempt foundations - eliminate that status at the state and federal levels and see what happens.

My impression is that they simply declare it as having some preservation meaning, and then inch by inch more restrictions on use are made and value plummets and people sell off and go away. Margaret Byfield will talk about this at our symposium Sept 6-7

At a point we have to stand up to all this tyranny!! The federal government is now our enemy!!! It has nothing to do with conservation. It’s land grabs to destroy America! And China should never had access to any of our land!

This does not surprise me.. believe it not the Bible addresses FARMERS and SOLDIERS and of course FARMERS are under attack this is part of the MARXIST LENINIST agenda. Control the farmland.. actually what is the first thing that was done under Communist take over a country: they NATIONALIZE the FARMLAND. China does that now.. and has done in the past .. causing great famines in their countries. you can look that up.. it common knowledge for historians who understand the Modus Operandi of the Communist (whatever form they take.. they also change their names all the time.. like Socialists for Democracy or some non threatening name implying they care about the community.. read that Slave labor on a COMMUNE under the guise of the "sharing"... USSR, Russia, China. and the NEW WORLD ORDER. whomever those axxholes are. I will take a look watching the Trump rally now.. good post

It's intentional... "these land grabs hurt agriculture, they'll also shut down oil and gas, timber, mining operations, new pipelines, railroads, highways, and more." The purpose is to destroy society and starve the peasants.

A plan to replenish the Colorado River could mean dry alfalfa fields. And many farmers are for it

Farmer’s fight against wetland designation gets boost from U.S. Supreme Court’s Chevron ruling

https://southdakotasearchlight.com/2024/07/03/south-dakota-farmers-wetlands-claims-get-boost-from-u-s-supreme-courts-chevron-ruling/

EPA SAYS THIS IS A WET LAND, OFF LIMITS TO THE FARMER.

A Fulton-area farmer will have a chance to argue that a federally designated wetland on his property is actually regular farm ground thanks to a recent U.S. Supreme Court decision.

The case will be one of the first in the nation to be re-examined as a result of Loper Bright Enterprises vs. Raimondo .

The ruling overturned what was known as the Chevron rule, which required courts to defer to federal agencies in their interpretation of ambiguous federal laws and the rules written to enforce them.

The decision could have far-reaching implications for the right of citizens or companies to challenge agency authority and conclusions in court. Many in the farm and ranch community see particularly pointed impacts in South Dakota, as agricultural operations are heavily influenced by federal rules on crop insurance, conservation payments or wetland determinations.
